  1. My leaky gut has responded well to rotation diet (in addition to being gluten and soy free)
  2. I am super sensitive to soy .Soy CC is a major issue for me. I have reacted to soy free (and gluten free) products that were processed at a facility that process soy (but not gluten) so I am sure the CC came from soy not gluten. I react to EVERYTHING with soy or soy oil in or even near it
  3. My neurological symptoms are caused by soy not gluten. If you are sure you are not getting CC from some where ,looking at your soy intake may be something to consider
  4. Udi's bread I always pop into the toaster frozen . For sandwiches I also toast it lightly. Bisquick makes a mix that although is expensive is quite good. Betty Crocker mixes are also quite good. (Both do contain soy)
  5. This is MAGNIFICENT I still have tears in my eyes from laughing so hard
  6. It is like watching some one intentionally eat poison If you stand in line at the grocery store and look at what other people have in their shopping cart and shake you head in dismay ...........you may be celiac
  7. Your pictures looks very similar to my diagnosed DH and is in the same areas as mine. When I was 17 I did have it on my arms ( the week before my wedding ) Now (at 54) and for the past few years it is mainly on my shoulders ,back and bottom.
  8. I did actually LOL at this one
  9. If you do not have small children and you still know where every public bathroom in town is ...........you might be celiac if you have been know to carry a change of clothing in your car ( for emergencys ) ...................you might be celiac
  10. Eggs do this to me,,
  11. 4. F Lost count 5.C for digestive symptoms, neurological symptoms did not improve until I went soy free.
  12. Medication 0 Gluten free diet +1 A gluten free diet is the only medical treatment for Celiac's. Many of us take vitamins and/or mineral supplements (to bring our levels to with in normal range) but no medication is need to treat celiac's

    ARCHIVED Blood Type

I would wonder if hazel eyes or being an euromutt are more of a common denominator (if there is one) than blood type .
  14. Udi's white bread and bagels (in addition to the cinnamon loaf) are gluten and soy free. They do however contain eggs. I am actually going to try to make stuffing from Udi's bread this year for Thanksgiving

    ARCHIVED Blood Type

AB+ My grandmother came to the US from Scotland when she was 5. I had red hair( it is now mostly white-gray ) hazel eyes and have very light skin.
  16. Exactly, because in her mind all I needed was anti-anxiety and anti-depressant drugs .
  17. Uneducated doctors seem to question the DX because THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE I also was treated as if I was a hypochondriac for years and years. Any endocrinologist worth your time and money will talk to you and then test you.Even if your blood testing (TSH) is "within normal range" you can still have symptoms that may need treatment. My new endo took 8 tubes...
  18. The reason my FORMER PCP was hesitant to give me copys of my test results was because I had grounds for a law suit for negligence . My FORMER PCP said my thyroid was "fine" and when I INSISTED on a referral to an endocrinologist .My new endocrinologist tested my Hashimoto antibodys and they came back 998.76 with normal being <10.10 YOUR BODY...
  19. I asked if canola oil contained soy because in the US there is a legal loophole and soy oil does NOT have to be listed in the allergy warning on the label of products. Many vegetable oils are soy oil or contain soy oil.
  20. Leftover Home made (gluten free) mac and cheese
  21. starkist low sodium tuna is gluten and soy free.I have found it in most regular grocery stores.
