This is a gluten free vegan recipe site Open Original Shared Link the recipes on this site are quite good I am currently unable to eat soy so I havent checked tofu for gluten.Sorry,, If you are unsure you can always call the company that produces your tofu,or check their web site ,,if they have one, for an ingredients list .

  16. I can relate,,, I have ruled out other possibilitys and have come to realize that ,for me,bloody stool is a symptom of ingesting soy. Have you had a endoscope and/or colonoscopy???

  19. It is going well. I have had some BIG surprises along the way but over all very well. I believe I have pinpointed most ,if not all, of my remaining intolerances, I have also found some allergys I did not realize I had and I have be able to develop a safe list of foods that I can depend on. Now the important thing is to stay clear of my intolerances...

  21. I would reintroduce what ever one is most nutritionally advantages for you,,for example ,, if you are vegan and are low in protein I would try the soy,, if you are having trouble making your daily calories I would try the potatoes ect..... Here is to another TERRIFIC DAY
  22. I could not agree more Things are pretty bland but amazingly wonderful at my house too I am glad you are finding some relief,,, Are you working with a dietitian or doctor?? I would suggest adding back foods very slowly ,one at a time , in pure form,waiting at least 4 to7 days after interdiction before assuming they are safe,, be well
  23. Thank you for sharing this,,,It gives me hope I am really OK with NOT eating gluten EVER,EVER again,, To be honest I really dont think I would ever add soy back into my diet,but it would be nice not to worry so much about CC,,, I would LOVE to have corn,nightshades and dairy back
