    My husband's not coeliac but he eats completely gluten free in the house to protect me from cross-contamination. My son-in-law does the same with my daughter. When they're out of their homes they both eat gluten.     I'm spending a few days in Germany next week. in a place called Kircheim. My husband started travelling to Germany in the 80s to attend Ford Capri events(believe they were released as Mercury Lincoln Capri in USA). He's been a member of Capri Club Deutschland for a number of years and we're coming over for their annual conference and dinner dance.

    I'm currently back on gluten as I'm getting scope and biopsy. I live in Scotland and was advised by doc to be back on gluten for 6 weeks. The same advice is given for blood test. I don't know if this is based on credible research or not.

    I've been back on gluten for 5 weeks now and get my scope and biopsy two weeks today. I can't wait to go back gluten free and re-start the healing process. The fatigue, joint aches,bloating, gas, anxiety,stomach and bowel issues and the concern about long term damage - once I've had my scope you couldn't pay me to eat gluten!
