    Most Pam do NOT have gluten. The only one that I knwo of that does is the one that specifically says flour on the front.

    I use Hunts and have used generic brands...I have not seen a tomato paste yet that is not safe.

    Walter, Did you check the ingredients on the chips? Unless you KNOW it is safe, don't eat it. My two main guesses are: In cleaning up, helping, etc you might have touched something, ad then touched your mouth. I have the letter from MDL that they sent back when we sent in the wrong type of sample. I'll get it tomorrow and post specifically what type of samples they can take, so that when you call, you can ask to make sure it fits the guidelines...

    Rachel, To my knowledge, they usually don't schedule a specific procedure to take a biopsy for Lyme, but if its available, many doctors ask for it. This goes for if you have an organ removed (gallbladder, tonsils, etc)---they will ask to keep it and then send it off for testing. Also, I don't know how long they keep samples. I am actually going to try to find out if they still have my tissue samples from Alabama....if so, I want them tested also---to see how long I potentially have had this.
