  1. A positive biopsy is the gold standard for a Celiac diagnosis, so that is technically the "only" way to have a "true" confirmed case of Celiac. Many doctors are starting to diagnose on bloodwork alone. You don't have to have + bloodwork AND + biopsy to be diagnosed as a Celiac. Continue to eat gluten until your next appointment so that you can finish...

Individual cornish hen Mashed potatoes from scratch (potatoes, milk, butter, salt and pepper) Green beans Gravy made with cornstarch Cranberry relish (cranberries, orange, sugar - recipe on back of cranberry bag) You could make a small batch of corn bread for a roll/biscuit, and then use the rest to make stuffing...cornbread, butter, broth, veggies....
  10. Converting cookie recipes from BHG cookbook. Banana bread muffins/bread. Most things that I make or family members make is from 'regular' recipes, just using gluten-free flour. I finally got rid of all my other flours, and just have this and corn starch in my house now.

  12. Tests in the Celiac can include: tTG IgA EMA IgA AGA IgA AGA IgG total IgA There is recent research and talk about running deamidated gluten antibodies (IgA and IgG) tests as well Open Original Shared Link May also want to consider running the genetic markers, also.
  13. I would take your report to a knowledgable Celiac doctor. You are IgA deficient, which is more common among those with Celiac, and negates your IgA testing. 20. Drug trials will not take you unless you are biopsy-proven Celiac.
  21. Try the gluten free diet to see if it helps your little one's symptoms - you don't need a doctor's permission to try the diet. While you are trying the diet, it may be worth it to get your child's records and find another doctor for a second (or third, fourth, etc) opinion.
