  3. Progresso has a "creamy mushroom" soup that is gluten-free and i use in my casseroles. My mom actually likes it so much that she's started using it.

  5. hey erbetty there is at least one of the swanson beef broths that is gluten free, also. I just checked my pantry and I'm out, so I'm not sure which one it is. I don't regularly use veggie broth....hopefully someone else will chime in with other options.

  8. Depends on if you want to be tested for an allergic reaction (IgE) or a delayed allergy/intolerance (IgG). There are a couple companies that do testing, but many are blood draws and would require a dr. Enterolab does IgG testing and is a stool test. However, the most cost effective and probably the most accurate way to test for an IgG is doing an elimination...
  9. They generally give you heavy sedation, which to you, means you'll be out. You probably won't remember anything. Its safer, less side effects, and lasts a shorter time, since the endoscopy/biopsy is usually pretty quick. Only under certain circumstances do they use general anasthesia (sp.).
