  2. hey bean Dangerous Grains is a great book, isnt it and the stats are probably higher now--that book has been around for a very long time---i am one of the celiacs who has tummy pains--more intolerances keep popping up with me--you didnt have any stats for celiacs who get neuropathy and for now--the docs dont even know why there is a connection between neuropathy...

  7. well magnus---let me give you some real things that have happened to me--i was sick my whole life, not just 6 years--i searched for a diagnosis for so much longer then that--the average diagnosis timein the US is 11 yrs--now that sucks and believe me--no one heals from celiacs in 2 weeks--i have been gluten-free for almost 4 yrs and i am still trying to recover...

  9. mamy flavored coffees contain gluten--i got very sick from hazelnut coffee--i dont like flavored coffees and i didnt buy it--it had been made in the wrong pot--i only drink regular coffee--if it says 100% coffee, it should be fine--watch for additional ingredients---deb
