Due to the ever changing ingredients in products, gluten-free lists have a short shelf life. Here is a list of companies that will list gluten (wheat, rye, barley and malt) clearly. The key to gluten free shopping is learning to read ingredients. It's tough in the beginning, but once you learn you can shop with ease and confidence.

I can't tell you about Ragu without looking at the ingredients. I DO know that ALL Classico Sauces - Red and White Sauces are gluten free at this time.

A GI repair suppliment sounds like SNAKE OIL to me.
I hope your health did not pay too much for it.
I think you need to find a new GI as well as a new Naturopath Dr.

is it possible to get disability at 17? i've been extremely sick for so long, and haven't been able to get any insurance whatsoever (tried them all), and i need to see specialists and everything...i'm just seeing my body rot away while everybody is hungry for money and going around in circles with pathetic doctors...i mean, i haven't been able to have a job cause of how sick i am, had to quit school...it's just all impossible with what's going on, and i'm seeing my mom suffer with no doctor for her problems too and just don't want to go that root at a young age like this

what is the best way to start a food diary? How do i go about doing this. Has anyone subscribed to foodintol.com for thier help? It costs money, but they guarantee you will pinpoint your intolerance using their system?
I don't think that you can get any better help than from this site - and it's free.
Start on the first of the week. List everything you eat in the categories of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Record your reaction. When you develop a pattern with a food and a reaction, you may have a conclusion.
Don't forget your toiletries and suppliments.

Oh yeah.......ya gotta pitch the black ones. The brown (chocolate), whites, yellow and orange are the best - in that order.
I used to play Communion with them as a child.

I would think it unwise to use a used bread machine. The risk would be too great for cross contamination.
The best of the best bread recepies is on this site. It's "Lorka's Bread Recipe". I have not tried it, but it gets rave reviews from many here.
Here are a few to look at:

If you list the ingredients someone could tell you if they are gluten free.

I vote for "Coping". Like the rest of us, you are coping with the diet to achieve better health. Lables here are not important either.

Here is some contact information in your area.
Many times once the reaction begins you just have to ride it out. The BRAT diet can be soothing - Bananas, Rice, Apple Sauce and Tea/Toast. Plently of water might help the system flush itself. All this is assuming that her discomfort is caused by gluten or cross contamination. I never had the stomach pains but there are many many here that do.
I hope that she will feel better soon.

Where are you located. There might be a suppot group in your area.
You won't find a better site for information about Celiac then here. Please take some time to read some posts. It has been a lifesaver for me when no one around me knew anything about what they said I had.

Joe,
Yes as Gulia mentioned there could be a high risk for cross contamination with the PB.
I also would like to mention that it might be good for you to eliminate one thing at a time - for some time- in order for you to identify an issue. If you drop several things from your diet, it will be hard to decipher the source giving your an issue.

Hm... I had no idea that by writing in a web site it would say "lame advertisement" sorry. I really was excited!
It is a safeguard against spam. Try to write the site and put d.o.t.s between the letters.

We have a pot luck dinner with five couples and our now adult children. I found out today that the Turkey will be stuffed.
SOOOOOOOOO...I am going to cook myself a Cornish hen so I can have my own "individual" turkey - and I'm not going to share!
Turkey
Standing Rib Roast
Country Ham
Cream Potatoes
Stuffing - all gluten
Green beans with toasted almonds and lemon.
Green bean Casserole (yuck - even before Celiac)
Cranberry Salad
Ambrosia with cream
Pecan Pie
Chocolate Chess Pie
....yeah, 90% of what I can't eat.

According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, while both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer each year, male reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid-December. Female reindeer retain their antlers till after they give birth in the spring. Therefore, according to EVERY historical rendition depicting Santa's reindeer, EVERY single one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen, had to be a girl. We should've known... ONLY women would be able to drag a fat man in a red velvet suit all around the world in one night and not get lost.

I don't know about Tide. Laundry soap would not be a personal concern for me. Have you contacted the company?
