    I cut and pasted this from the FAQ's portion of the website. Hez Do your Flintstones formulas contain gluten? We do not add gluten to any of our products, however we cannot guarantee that they are 100% gluten-free due to the fact that raw materials we receive from outside vendors are not certified as 100% gluten-free.

    I ate there for the first time the other day and had a great experience. I spoke to the manager before I ordered and went through the ingredients. I ended up with a bowl with rice, black beans and chicken. I skipped the lettuce, cheese, salsa area because I thought cc would be too high. I will go again. Just not anytime soon.     I use the recipe for the gluten version (can get it from the Kelloggs webstie) just sub your gluten-free cereal. I use Kraft stay puff marshmellows! Enjoy your treat Hez

    I can only speak from my experience. I do not/did not have dizzy spells. I always had "d". I notice around my menstrual cycle I still get loose bowels or even "d". For the longest time I kept thinking I had been glutened. After talking to girlfriends and my doc I think the weird bowel stuff is hormonal. So maybe some of the systems are made worse from...

    My gluten-free product list for Denver has all denteyne, trident and big red as gluten-free. You still should read the label my list is about a year old. Hez

    I have never tried Shasta products, sorry. There are quite a few root beers that are gluten-free (A&W, Hires, IBC, Mug) so not all root beers are made from barley. Hez

    No. Sorry but rice krispies have malt in them. Malt=gluten. You can easily make your own treats by using a gluten-free rice crisp cereal (there are several brands, I cannot think of the name) and kraft marshmellows. Very yummy Hez

    I would think the wine would be safe IF it is just wine and not some flavored sugary thing AND if no one inticited (dipped) their bread into the wine cup.     I get the taquitos from Sam's all the time. It seems like the chicken ones used soy sauce (wheat) but the beef ones did not. I just look at the bar code and compare to the sheet. I am sure I look silly but it is worth it! Hez

    I know Bicaridi rums are safe, DiSorrono (sp?, amaretto), Makers Mark whiskey, Jose Cuervo. My mind is drawing a blank. What is your favorite alcohol? Go from there, and find out if it is safe. The distilation process does not allow the gluten particles to pass through. Which is why quite a few alcohols are safe. Hez

    You might want to have your thyroid levels checked. I am on synthroid (do not have a thyroid due to cancer) and if I have too little medication I am tired. Just a thought? Hez

    It took a good 6 months for the "d" to go away and have normal bm. I stopped drinking milk during that time because it made me sick. I have been gluten-free for over a year and I can drink milk again without any problems. I think my villi just needed to heal. It really did seem to take a long time for me to feel better. Hez
