    Yep, cross contamination is what kicks your booty. Not eating the bread or whatever is the easy part. I ended up switching over to stainless steel pans.     It seems to be related for me. When I get glutened, for the next few days I'm SO cold. Not just to the touch, like my feet and hands, but I feel like I can't get warm on the inside. Check your haircare products, lip balms, lotions, cosmetics, etc. Does your boyfriend/husband use lip balm, shampoo, lotion that has gluten in it? In one part I thought she was saying that they only had one non-gluten-free meal (where I counted 5) , but when I re-read more closely, she was saying they only had one meal that had meat in it that also had gluten in it, as part of discussing the kosher rules.     For a lot of people (me for sure) the hardest part of this is having to make a fuss about your food, or share the details of your symptoms or how strict you have to be with your food.
