    Usually nut butters are with the peanut butter in a regular grocery store. If the store has a natural foods section, there is a better selection there. At Whole Foods and those type of stores, they're all together. If you don't see them, you can always ask the service desk.

    Julie--You're right about the kiss. The way he looked at her after the guard spoke to her crudely--it was so expressive. You could see his face change. The other thing that bothers me, other than them not comparing notes, is that they will still go off into the jungle alone. I would go nowhere alone on that island

    Poor Olivia Glad she's feeling better today. They told the story of Sun and how she had the affair--we saw some of it last year. Her father caught the two of them together and ordered Jin to kill him. Jin warned him, but didn't kill him--but the guy jumped out the window with the necklace he had offered Sun in his hand.     I was finally able to find this in a health food store a couple of towns up. The owner had to order the Peppermint for me. Just got it--haven't tried it yet

    I use Zia--the Moisturizing Cleanser and the Ultimate Night Renewal. Those are gluten-free, but not all of their products are.

    I've frozen cooked meat lots of times. I usually cube it up and put it in zip lock bags. It's good for soup, casseroles, mixed with gravy to put over mashed potatoes or anything like that.
