When our Stomach Acid gets too low it cant' dissolve Iron and other minerals like Zinc and Magnesium and get low in them. 18. Tony, Trents has given you good advice. I just wanted to say don't take Calcium by itself. Make sure to take it with Magnesium. Entitled "Effects of magnesium hydroxide...
  19. Golfguy21, Check out this thread. Somebody else recently thought they might have had problem(s) with Xantham Gum and potentially a gluten free Sorghum Cookie mix.... I explained in detail how Sorghum flour can be a problem for Celiac's. I hope this is helpful but it is not medical advice. Posterboy,
  20. Trents and Wendy Darling, I don't know for certain that is what it is.....but it is a good working Hypothesis. Wendy by changing your "Cookie Mixture" from one free of these ingredients (Xanthum Gum and Sorghum) you can test this hypothesis. Then re-introducing this troublesome "Cookie Mixture" and if the Rash comes back....then you will know it...

Taking...
  22. Wendy Darling, I looked up their ingredient list and there are two things that would trouble me. Here is a nice article about it... https://www.healthline...
  23. Russ, I had similar problems when I was kid.....some people were very mean about it....others were just trying to help me.
