To All, I came across this new research recently and I thought it was worth sharing entitled "Gut microbiome–micronutrient interaction: The key to controlling the bioavailability of minerals and vitamins" https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9311823/ I have only had a chance to scan it but I thought it would be a good resource because t...
  9. Marcel g, Based on your complaints/Symptoms.....I honestly don't know what is causing your issues? I am going to suggest one or two more things that might help. With B-Vitamins it is frequency more than amount that matters. Begin taking the Magnesium and Thiamine frequently with meals.....and try adding Niacin (Low dose 100mg) or Niacinamide...
  10. Scott, Nice catch, I was just trying to be quick and didn't mention that there are three main types of Lecithin.....so be sure to check your source!!!!!! I think the article I cited points that out.....but be sure to find the Egg form or Sunflower form if you do decide to try Lecithin. I have alternated from between the Egg Lecithin and Sunflower...
  11. Rogol72, You might also try some Lecithin. It is broken down in the body to 12 to 13 percent (approx.) Acteylcholine and to Choline as well obviously. Here is an article about it. https://www.verywellhealth.com/lecithin-4771091 I find when I need a "Brain Boost" like before an important meeting at work etc.....it seems to help me! It...

  20. Ginger38, I am afraid so.... See this Livestrong article that explains why this is so... https://www.livestrong.com/article/467828-does-fat-slow-digestion/ It shows well how FAT delays stomach emptying…….combined with CARBs that ferment then you have the “Fire and gasoline” needed to trigger Heartburn/GERD etc…. Thinks of your many...

  22. Plumbago Et Al, Here is some research I have come across over the years that might help you. We often over focus on a single nutrient (I have done the same) without being aware of it's Co-Factors that aids absorption of the Vitamin/Mineral we are taking. For Vitamin D that is Magnesium.....and not Calcium alone.....which is how it is normal...
