  14. Tracy Et Al, You can take B2 aka Riboflavin by itself. If you don't feel comfortable taking it as part of a B-complex. It is one of the few B-Vitamins that have a distinct physical signature when you have too much of it. The current genetic Haplotypes favor Northern Europeans.....if you have different region of ancestry the chances you have a Haplotype that don't show up on current genetic tests are higher.....especially if you have East Asian ancestry....where DQ9 is common...

  22. Gretchen, You should also consider SIBO. It shows up in treated and Untreated Celiac's.... SIBO often happens when we get low in Stomach Acid. Start taking you a B-complex with your meals. And see if you don't start to feel better after 2 to 3 months. Here is the research on SIBO in Celiac's... Also research about low stomach...
