    We finally got referred to an allergist by our dermatologist. I really didn't like her, but the nurses were great. She tested her for soy, egg, milk, wheat, and corn.     I make my own bread crumbs from Kinnikinnick's cheese tapioca bread. I just toast the bread, throw it into my magic bullet still warm, add italian seasoning (if desired) and process. Its easy and I can make a large batch to freeze for later use. I've tried other breads and none work as well for me as the cheese loaf.

    I tried that eggless mayo today! While the mayo itself tasted rancid, absolutely disgusting, the tuna salad sandwich turned out great.     I really like the Kinnikinnick cheese tapioca bread. You can buy it online at www.kinnikinnick.com. Their white sandwich bread is really good too.     We've also had the stuff from Discount School Supply. Its very crumbly, but better than nothing. I've never tried this scented stuff, but I'm excited to. We're getting Tori some for her birthday in March. If anyone else gets their stuff before this, please let me know so I know if I should get it or not.     I really liked the last girl that performed, the one whose husband had the inked face. BTW, man was that cool! Anyway, I thought she was really talented.     I had one a couple of years ago and hated it. I never felt safe in it and it was brand new. My husband ended up in a little fender bender in it and it totalled the car.     What flours are in the Bette Hagman blend? I haven't found tapioca starch to taste funny, but I do really hate the taste of sorghum, soy, garfava and other bean flours. Brown rice flour also sometimes tastes funny to me, but not as much as the others. I imagine if its the tapioca starch that tastes funny to you, you could probably just use potato starch instead...
