    Weight gain can definitely be a symptom of Celiac as can constipation. Reflux is also a VERY common symptom along with the gas and bloating.     Try using the following flour mix in place of all-purpose flour. I think you'll find that it produces results almost identical to wheat flour. 3 parts white rice flour 2 parts potato starch flour 1 part tapioca starch Then, add 1 teaspoon xantham gum per cup of flour used in a recipe.     I may as well add that Scooters in Lititz, PA says they can do a gluten free meal. My husband spoke with the head chef a few weeks ago and he knew what gluten was and stated that he had made gluten free meals in the past.     Ruth, don't feel stupid. I'm glad you replied because it reminded me of something else I wanted to ask... If I don't pump and dump, but just wait the amount of time on the chart, will my milk still have alcohol in it? Or does it go away as time goes on.     Its on the side panel all the way down at the bottom in fancy print. Its under a picture of the box. I love it when companies put that on their packaging! Wasn't Minute Rice previously owned by Kraft??? I thought it had been, but apparently it isn't now? Am I wrong?

    I have a week's worth of frozen breastmilk in the freezer that we rotate out so my husband can feed her a bottle at night. Last time, with Tori, I ended up in the throes of Celiac while breastfeeding. I ended up in the hospital rather unexpectedly and we didn't have any reserve breastmilk.
