    I would say not enough gum OR perhaps overcooking? Mine turned out moist and almost fluffy for cornbread. Very tasty. How much of which gum did you use?

    Nope, it's not just you. I think he's pathetic and not very attractive either. I don't get what the teenage girls could possibly see in him, but whatever. He REALLY needs to shave off that thing on his lip though. That was grossing me out.

    I ditto Jaten on the allrecipes.com recipe! That is the best yellow cake I've had since going gluten free. It's moist and delicious and lasts days after baking. I've only made it as cupcakes and we think it's phenomenal.

    I was actually glad to see her go. She was starting to annoy me with her spastic dancing and her skimpy clothes. Though, honestly, I would have rather seen Chris go. Oh well, at least it wasn't Blake or Melinda.

    I think all are gluten free except for some of the teas. Check their website for more information. They clearly list gluten, at least on the website they do.

    Yeah, what was up with that?!?! Jordin was really good last night. I've been liking her more and more this season. I think she has great potential, especially considering she's just a little girl. I don't think she's even 18 yet. That's pretty impressive since she has that big old voice.     It's possible that Tim can detect small amounts of gluten in new foods, but I'd sooner think that he's just being a typical picky 3 year old. Toddlers can be very difficult with diet, add on a major restriction like gluten and you're looking at a struggle. I can't get Tori to try most new things either.     I actually like LaKisha too, but yeah, blake and sanjaya were good. Blake was phenomenal, as usual. He makes me want to run of to Hollywood and be fanatical about the show.

    At www.shopbydiet.com you can search using multiple allergens. I believe corn is one of them and I know for sure gluten is. That's where I do most of my online shopping. Also, Kinnikinnick.com has their foods color coded as to what's in them, corn is one of the ingredients it is coded for, everything there is gluten free and made in a gluten free facility...

    Oh my gosh... What did they feed Sanjaya over this past week?!?!?! That was actually REALLY good!!! First of all, I love that song... Second of all, he sang it with proper intonation and accent... Third, I almost forgot he was, well, Sanjaya! Too bad he'll probably go back to sucking royally next week.     Here's the recipe I use for chocolate chip cookies. Open Original Shared Link It's the best recipe I've ever come across. I use a flour mix for the all purpose flour (3 parts white rice, 2 parts potato starch, 1 part tapioca starch) and I add 1 teaspoon xantham gum per cup of flour mix. Enjoy!

    Gibbles potato chips are made in a gluten free factory. This was confirmed late last year and also two years ago. I eat them all the time with no issues whatsoever. Just a thought, if you're still pretty new to the diet your system may not be able to handle processed, fatty foods like potato chips.

    Makes me glad I don't work in an office anymore... My house is gluten free. The only place I have to worry about is the garage because our employees eat out there. I'm very careful out there.
