    Was your beef freshly ground at the butchers? If it was, there's a chance for CC there. Many butchers have bread crumbs that they use to season roasts and stuff.

    You know, I have a very evil thought... Perhaps Jessica Simpson is "allergic to wheat, cheese, and tomatoes" so that she can bow out of her contract with Pizza Hut. Maybe she just got a better offer and down the road her allergies will mysteriously disappear. I'm not trying to offend anyone, just a thought.

    I've only ever made and frozen lasagna with Tinkyada, but let me tell you, it was even reheated from the freezer! It was fabulous! If your casserole requires a cream sauce or a lot of liquids, it may not work as well. You might want to try to make a small one and freeze it before making a family size meal.

    Okay, I found Goya masa harina at Wal-mart, but it said on the bag "may contain wheat" so I didn't buy it. Is P.A.N. a brand name? If so, I'll just find it online somewhere and buy some.

    I've used the Instead before. That's actually all I use on my light days. They are so wonderful and you can wear them for twice as long as a tampon. Removal is a little gross, but I generally just use a latex glove and then turn it inside out when I take it off, this contains Instead and everything then.

    I've never been able to use Tide. It drives me nuts! I use All free and clear. It's way cheaper and it's much easier on my whole family's skin. We like it much better than Tide.

    I really like the Glutino honey nut cereal. It's especially good for snacking on. To me it tastes a lot better than most of the other sweetened gluten free cereals.

    I think that it's usually an allergy that causes dogs to have a reaction to chocolate. This means that not all dogs will react. I believe the same thing happens with raw onions.     This is the recipe I use. Don't let the mayo throw you off. It's quite good, very moist and not crumbly at all like traditional gluten free products. Do NOT use low fat or fat free mayo, only full flavor/fat will work. I usually make this as cupcakes, haven't tried it as a cake yet, but the picture on allrecipes.com looks amazing!!!
