  1. I got cc by fish in the past. It is an item we buy monthly. It was from a store we normally use. When I asked our forum members they explained sometimes a one off can occur. I was shocked as it was safe before. They wereright. Thankfully since then no cc, the product, and store has been fine since. In April I got cc by fresh produce Brussel sprouts from...

  3. If you are concerned about her verbal communication expression you can ask your Dr if she should be evaluated by a speech therapist. At two they are still emerging, but if your Dr hasn't mentioned a referral she is progressing as expected. Most public school district will evaluate them before or early in kindergarten.

  9. This was one of the more recent thread on gluten-free cheerios. Many discussions occurred on that product in 2017. From my observation and reading it is an individual choice based on reaction/no reaction when eating. Also if the individual is comfortable with the mechanical separation process.I Personally when I first went gluten-free prior to...
  10. Yes. This happened with one fish purchase last year. I regularly eat/consume from trusted store. During our state stay at home order this year in April my Brussel sprouts got me from the produce section another trusted store. I had DH lasted 7 weeks. I experience hair issues with cc. It appears dy, rough, more frayed texture to it. I have fine straight...
  11. Well said in a clearly written paragraph Dr. "You need to look towards the produce aisle, vary your food choices from day to day, eat a wide variety in colour and types of organic fruits and vegetables, eat fermented foods rich in probiotics, and feed that good bacteria in your gut with foods that are prebiotics (root vegetables daily). "

  15. I use psyllium husk in baking as a binder. The product I buy is from a food company not a pharmacy. It is just psyllium husk no other ingrediants. If I recall metamucil OTC contains psyllium fiber and other ingredients. I have not used the medical based psyllium products. The gluten-free status can be found in the faq. https://www.metamucil.com...
