  1. How about 4-6 inches below the shoulder. Still long and easier to maintain and keep healthy.
  2. You guys are making me hungry. I might have to try and find some of those. I assume Wild Oats would have them.?
  3. There have been a lot of good posts, Rinne, your's is another one. I just wish I was articulate enough to speak up. I'm one of the healthier ones in Rachelville and I could have piped up....just don't usually have much time during the day to articulate that well.
  4. I'd still cut it about 6 inches or more if you need to to catch up to a different layer. Do you want layers or all the same length. It would be far healthier if you cut it back to a length you can handle and let it grow out again.
  5. Hi Lisa, Glad you got home safely.
  6. I pm'd Vincent too. Rachel, We've talked about hair, nails and nail polish, movies...help me out guys....
  7. I agree Susan. I haven't had the time to try and defend the thread and figured it would pass...eventually. I'm sorry for the pm that added to the stress Rachel.....had I sat on it for a day I wouldn't have worried about it.
  8. Yes, I was just having fun. I, personally, don't mind you guys popping in. You keep us on our toes.
  9. Welcome Jan! I had my family tested through Enterolab. I would do the whole panel since they test for genes and they had been including dairy in with that. You would have to pay the overnight shipping charges since it's from outside the States. I would encourage the Enterolab testing and cut out gluten. If she's up to it, it would be best to...
  10. As Carla said, we've come far when we hope it's just Celiac. At least that is totally treatable with the diet change. Please keep us posted.....I know you will.
  11. Susan, It's always hard to live with haircuts we don't like.....but it will grow out. I second Carla.....what's with the Pill? How is that supposed to help? Have you been irregular? Soy can make you irregular....don't know if you eat it though. Vincent, How bout take a couple inches off......maybe even 6. Is...
  12. Celia, That was a good video. Rachel, If you come over here......A BIG CYBER HUG for you.
  13. Simply V, Wow! I'm not corn intolerant but this is interesting that many things have corn on them. Rachel, Please continue posting here. I'm sorry for additional stress. Take a break and come back next week, after your doctors appointment. We love you and you are in our thoughts each day.
  14. I will be waiting for an update as soon as you know.
  15. Rachel, I agree with Vincent's post. This too will die down. Come on over to the 40 thread. You don't have to be in the forties.....there are women below and above that.......and then their is Richard who just can't help dropping in once in awhile.
  16. Floridian, You're new picture is great! Robbin, It's good to see you over here!
  17. I haven't been over to DS much, but I've seen her picture. She was very young wasn't she. I didn't realize she had passed away or was that sick.
  18. I found the thread for you. Open Original Shared Link
  19. Leah, I pm'd you.
  20. Thanks for the update Tanya. Sounds like things are going great, with the exception of the colds.
  21. Burdee.....do share please. You can pm me or put it on the gluten, dairy, almost soy free thread I started.
  22. That's me.....do I have a family anymore?
  23. Ryan, Good to see you. Your little girl is cute.....how old is she? How have you been doing?
  24. Laura, I posted above in case you didn't see it. Love your new pic!
