  4. What ARE you eating? Post a couple days worth of meals and maybe people can make better suggestions.
  5. Love my crockpot! I use it every weekend to make food for the week. Yesterday got some cheap, marked down meat that turned out fabulous after 8 hours in the crock pot with some tomatoes and a few spices. Today I think I'll throw in all my leftover veggies, cook them a bit, throw in some leftover soup and maybe a handful of rice and end up with a thicker...

  8. I think you may be crazy. This isn't like an allergy where you can teach your body that a little bit is normal. Gluten activates the immune system which never accepts any invaders as normal (with good reason). The only thing you might possibly accomplish is to so overwhelm your immune system that it starts to shut down. You might react less to gluten...

  10. You would expect the same contamination in everything we eat then. There's no reason to assume it only happens in wheat.
  11. I did a quick google search and didn't see anything about thyroid and tTg that wasn't linked to Celiac. Do you have a source for your info?

  22. Thanks for the update shroomie. I tried to check in at work but it was stil night there. Buneek is back and Lweee is doing the layoff vigil. At least we're together in this.
