Someone should email Buca's to tell them they could use Tinkyada pastas to begin a Gluten Free menu of their very own. How hard could that be for them? If everyone here and on all the other gluten-free boards emailed them, they might consider being a leader in that respect. I'm going to email them now. We're not going to get anywhere asking each other if restaurants will feed us. Let's ask them to feed us.
