    TheDHhurts, I have DH.  I found avoiding iodine and taking extra niacin helps. I had to stop fish oil for omega-3's.  Fish oil may contain various levels of iodine.  Cod liver oil contains high levels of iodine.   You can Google "low iodine diet" for more information, but....
