I was in my local convenience store and noticed these chips.

They are  called popcorners.

It says gluten free/GMO free/ all natural on the bags

The main ingredients are : whole grain sorghum, sunflower oil, sugar   the spices vary from flavor to flavor.

I have not looked them up online yet,,, I was just wondering if anyone has had any problems with them.

We tried them a while back and I had no issues with them :)  except for having to floss after...argh. lol

We found them at Whole Foods and tried them. No problems. We bought two more bags of other flavors, but they are unopened.

I haven't tried those. I have had the triangle shaped ones made with popcorn. Tasty and all flavors gluten free. Looks like all their products are gluten-free.

My only problem with them is that they are addictive! I buy one bag a week eat it way to fast and then make myself suffer until the next week. When I travel and HAVE to buy more than one bag then I am in trouble. My favorite are the kettle ones, hate the Carmel ones! Lol

I like the kettle corn ones.  But I like popchips better.

I've had them, and they are great!  Teachers in my building love them, so they'd be a great snack to have on hand whether guests are gluten-free or not  :)

I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

It's great to hear that eliminating gluten has helped alleviate symptoms like eye burning, which is a significant and positive change. The first and most important step is to ensure you're consuming enough protein throughout the day to support muscle repair and growth, which can be challenging with a busy schedule. Since you're already physically active at work, adding focused strength training just 2-3 times per week can make a major difference. Bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups (modified if needed), and lunges, or using resistance bands at home, are excellent, efficient places to start. Remember, consistency with these short sessions and prioritizing post-workout recovery, including good sleep and hydration, are just as crucial as the workouts themselves. It's a smart, gradual process at any age.

Trader Joe's carries a good variety of affordable gluten-free foods like bagels, hamburger buns, pasta, etc. I like Franz Gluten Free bread, which is available at my local Costco. Food For Life and Little Northern Bakehouse (advertisers here) also make excellent gluten-free breads. Costco also sells gluten-free pizzas, crackers, gravy, etc.
