OMG.......Sooooozie! You must tune in to Gene Simmons....I'm watching a marathon, of sorts......his show has been on since about six o'clock, and then another one comes on.....and another......and another.... . :huh:

I tuned in about an hour ago, and Gene has a dingo! Their family dog looks SO much like Annie.....or maybe Stinker......and I heard her howl....... . . very dingoish.

I DID see a couple of episodes of the scary-haired rocker et famille while at my mom's once.......oh my gawd - - THEIR DINGO LOOKED JUST LIKE STINKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :wub: It was ALL I cared about on teh whole show.........just wanted to see the dog the entire time..... :lol: forgot all about this!

Oatmeal - - I DO eat Bob's oats, no problems! And they're less than $4 a bag. I don't eat them often....crap, should do some baking and use those........I NEVER bake....... would eat teh entire portion of whatever I made...... :huh:

So disappointing, I go to Sal's tonight and didnt find anything new to buy, I tried on a few potentials but nothing fit...and nothing makes me more mad than people who cut tags out of clothes, cause I am not good at judging what size it is!

It is time to start my winter wardrobe :)

A couple of sillies are getting their phunny back--yea!! Amanda doing some retail therapy--always good fer what ails ya and PeOter.....hope more laughing is to be had today! :D

Quiet night last night.....I planned to watch the speeches from the convention and fell asleep at shortly after 10.

Jess--you must watch DWTS!! When I first heard of the show, I thought--how in hell do people actually sit and watch a show about dancing....but I did and got hooked :P Plus, the costumes are so sparkly :lol:

Souczie's gardner.....me like :rolleyes: Since the bee sting, I'm scared to weed (seriously)....I need a (cute) gardener......

That is one great thing we have here in this city - - great Sally Anne stores. Jeans are three bucks, tops are around two... . . .. .and actually, I think I'm just as happy NOT knowing what size the jeans are......... <_<:rolleyes:

Morning Sillies-

what I meant about no tags is someone cut the size tag out. So you have to judge with the size and with some of the clothes in style today it is hard to tell.. Pretty soon Sal's will mark down capris short and tank tops....:):):)

Nothing else to report, very blah morning and quite chilly too!

      Cold/flu or gluten poisoning? Hello. I've had another similar episode. I find it very difficult to differentiate between the symptoms of a cold or flu and those caused by gluten poisoning.       I'm no longer dealing with constipation. I got my liver test last month and it was in normal range. Two years ago I did have a vitamin D deficiency but I'm know taking vitamin D3 pills. Last month I got my vitamin D checked and it was in normal range. I don't believe I've had my choline checked. However, I do drink almond milk eat Greek yogurt on a daily...

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

Have you been supplementing Iron? How are your liver enzymes? Low levels of ferritin indicate iron deficiency, while  59% transferrin saturation indicates high iron levels.  Possibly indicating Fatty Liver Disease.  Choline is crucial for liver health, and deficiency is a known trigger for Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver.  Some experts say that less than 10% eat the the Food and Nutrition Board established Adequate Intake that are based on the prevention of liver damage. Severe constipation and hemorrhoids may be linked to a bile or choline deficiency.  "Ninety-five percent of phospholipids (PLs) in bile is secreted as phosphatidylcholine or lecithin."  Fatty acid composition of phospholipids in bile in man   Deficiency of these bile salts causes the bile to get thick. Some people with Celiac Disease are misdiagnosed with Gall Bladder bile issues.  Removal of the gallbladder provides only temporary relief. Whether or not celiac disease or NCGS are your issues you need to look at your vitamin D blood level.
