Weezee, who cannot STAND to be separated from me for even one instant (follows me in and out and - only goes outside to pee, really, except in early spring when she suns herslef on the table outside) has discovered some poor frog......and actually went BACK OUTSIDE BY HERSELF - unprecedented - to dig this poor thing out from underneath the dog house......tracking mud all over me carpet when she comes in <_<<the carpet, BTW, is BEYOND shampooing and needs to be replaced, it has been agreed by all. GADS - just thinking about packing and relocating my things sucks the life out of me)

I think it's been used in more than one cartoon . . . Open Original Shared Link is what I found.

Several years ago, I wore 2 different coloUred boots to work--one dark brown and one black. I noticed it a couple hours after I got there and had to go the rest of the day hoping that no one noticed. Luckily I was wearing slacks.

If they did, no one ever said anything

Did I ever tell y'all about the sock stuck to my back? Or my skirt tucked in my panties?

It's a good thing I'm not fashion-endowed or I would have died from embarrassment long ago

Um...What he said.

About all these conventions. I mean no offense, but I find all the politics down there quite phunnnie. Up here was have at LEAST 4 parties trying to run the place. Good luck to y'all this fall. (did I do that right?)

Ridgewalker Contributor

I love you guys. I'll continue to keep you updated... The dog situation may all come to nothing. He flip-flops on things a lot these days. Tomorrow he could very well have a completely different attitude.

Today was bad all around. I spent 45 minutes arguing with him about giving me more time to move the rest of the boys' and my things. He was bound and determined to either get my house keys, or change the locks on the 19th. I finally won on that one. Well, sort of. Now he's giving me till the 30th. Which should be fine, I just find it appalling that he thinks he has the right to set all the rules and timelines... appalling that I'm being treated like some kind of I-don't-know-what. Trash, I guess.

He wants all our things moved so he can finish arranging the house like he wants it. I assured him that I want all our things out of there as soon as possible, too-- because he's turned that house into a monstrosity in my eyes. His bachelor pad. I feel like I'm going to vomit.

.................................................

Well, if anyone was watching, you probably think I was writing a book. But I just took a break and bawled my eyes out for an hour over the fact that I wanted to have more children with this person. I'm going to bed now.

Oh Sarah! Stay strong.....you will get through this.

Does he by chance have split personalities or by polar, something which could explain these sudden changes and complete opposite mind sets?

Good Morning, All Psilly Psubjects in the Kingdom of Cleavage! :D

What should I expect? 40 days, cubits and an ark with Bill Cosby on it?

Is there a metric equivalent for cubits? Is a cubit already metric? Is it, in fact, a unti of measurement at all? Maths......... . . . .....oh nooooooooooooo.. . . . ...

I think it's been used in more than one cartoon . . . Open Original Shared Link is what I found.

Mygawsh, our monarch is already busy fulfilling Psilly duties - - searching out obscure pieces of animated film is actually on the Royal Duty Roster, I believe..... . . . . ...

Several years ago, I wore 2 different coloUred boots to work--one dark brown and one black. I noticed it a couple hours after I got there and had to go the rest of the day hoping that no one noticed. Luckily I was wearing slacks.

Dear gawd, I experience this regularly. People are accustomed to it at work and at the gym, and probably at the grocery store, bank and mall.....they simple roll their eyes and nod knowingly at one another. The last incident involved two different athletic shoes, one runner and one aerobic shoe. At least they were a left and a right, but my runners have honkin' orthotics in them, and my gait is noticeably altered. One foot severely corrected, the other not.....I was walking like....... .. ..my dad (Parkinson's), and then when I began to run, well...... . . .. . ..a sped-up Silly-walkin' John Cleese, to be sure.... . .. . . ......

All kidding aside, I am sure people thought I was training for the Special Olympics......:ph34r:

Yep, long dresses caught up me underwear..... . . . .quite the spectacle.... . . . . :huh::lol:

Yes!! Someone ELSE is scarier than I! Think we may be in trouble..... . . . I sense a true closing in of the ranks..... .. . ...

..........psillies are *clothing challenged*.........shouldn't there be a special school for that......and government funding?

Yep - - subsidies, bursaries, and eventual pensions. Bet they're in place in this fair country... . ....

Could be an interesting election for us this fall. The American presidential race, however, is truly mesmerizing!

plant sources of calcium, such as spinach, have calcium bound to oxalates, which is not good. best source of calcium is unfortunately dairy, do you tolerate dairy? fermented dairy like kefir is good and or a little hard cheese. i do eat dairy, i can only take so much dietary restriction and gluten is hard enough! but i guess some people do have bad reactions to it, so different for everyone.

i take b12, folate, b2, b6, glycine, Nac, zinc, vk2 mk4, magnesium, coq10, pqq, tmg, creatine, omega 3, molybdnem (sp) and just started vit d. quite a list i know.  I have high homocysteine (last checked it was 19, but is always high and i finally decided to do something about it) and very low vitamin d, 10. have been opposed to this supp in the past, but going to try it at 5k units a day. having a pth test on friday, which is suspect will be high. my homocysteine has come down to around 9 with 3 weeks of these supplements and expect it to go down further. i also started on estrogen/progesterone. I have osteoporosis too, so that is why the hormones.  anyway, i think all celiacs should have homocysteine checked and treated if needed (easy enough with b vit, tmg). homocysteine very bad thing to be high for a whole host of reasons. all the bad ones, heart attack , stroke, alzi, cancer..... one of the most annoying things about celiacs (and there are so many!) is the weight gain. i guess i stayed thin all those years being undiagnosed because i was under absorbing everything including calories. going gluten-free and the weight gain has been terrible, 30#, but i'm sure a lot more went into that (hip replacement - and years of hip pain leading to inactivity when i was previously very active, probably all related to celiacs, menopause) yada yada. i seemed to lose appetite control, like there was low glp, or leptin or whatever all those hormones are that tell you that you are full and to stop eating. my appetite is immense and i'm never full. i guess decades or more ( i think i have had celiacs since at least my teens - was hospitalized for abdominal pain and diarrhea for which spastic colon was eventually diagnosed and had many episodes of diarrhea/abdominal pain through my 20's. but that symptom seemed to go away and i related it to dairy much more so than gluten. Also my growth was stunted, i'm the only shorty in my family. anyway, decades of malabsorption and maldigestion led to constant hunger, at least thats my theory. then when i started absorbing normally, wham!! FAT!!!

Great advise there I agree with the aniexty part, and the aura migraine has I suffer both, I've also read some great books that have helped I'm going too look the one you mentioned up too thankyou for that, I find a camomile tea just a small one and a gentle wind down before bed has helped me too, I suffer from restless leg syndrome and nerve pain hence I don't always sleep well at the best of times , racing mind catches up I have decorated my whole house in one night in my mind before 🤣 diet changes mindset really help , although I have to say it never just disappears, I find once I came to terms with who I am I managed a lot better  , a misconception is for many to change , that means to heal but that's not always the case , understanding and finding your coping mechanisms are vital tools , it's more productive to find that because there is no failure then no pressure to become something else , it's ok to be sad it's ok to not sleep , it's ok to worry , just try to see it has a journey not a task 🤗
    • nanny marley
I agree there I've tryed this myself to prove I can't eat gluten or lactose and it sets me back for about a month till I have to go back to being very strict to settle again
    • trents
You may also need to supplement with B12 as this vitamin is also involved in iron assimilation and is often deficient in long-term undiagnosed celiac disease.
