Since I've resently turned Rushin, you will forever be known as my Czarest JNloeska Almay Phlobunnidiev. The gown, cape, and tilapia are about the same, but the risk of being behinded is much greater as Rusha is a much grater and cheesier country. Your country, I'm thinking America, for sure has it's fairy share of queens, also, but they tend to mitigate to the larger cities, making it much less likely for a behinding for you. And, if you are Bratish, we all know that Henry behinded his wife (how do we know, the Beetles told us so). So, carry on with you ingratitude and multiplicity and "LONG LIVE THE CZAREST"

Um, I thought I was the royal cook. So, like, who's gonna do it now that I'm qweenus officinalus?

Oh, and don't worry about the jester. My boyfriend pointed his 303 at his head, and he dropped the robe and hasn't gone near it since. Jester's in the kitchen doing the dishes. I think he may be traumatized..... He's still naked......

Well, he's not exactly.... excited.... right now, and I thought the thumb rule applied to -um- the 'full extension' of the appendage in question?

Anyway, we got him some clothes. Now he can bring the robe down to the cleaners.... I need some stuff from the grocery, anyway.

He's started to grumble about this gig not being very funny.....

I was wondering if this ratio pertained to Penile in Full Extension, or At Ease......there was no explanatory disclaimer with this factoid when it was read by The Ripper in whatever scientific journal he had his nose in at the time.

I'm thinking it's a third when things are fully extended, and a half when relaxed.

Who can we ask? Shall I start a new thread on this very question?

It's ok, the whole staff has already heard the Jester's horror story and are online looking up gluten free recipes, since the royal cook is now the royal qween, they're going to rotate kitchen duty. The bugler's on honey lemon tea duty today, as I'm quite ill with this head cold.

The Bugler knows he's not allowed anywhere near the hotel on pain of death.

Oh!! Oh!!!

My first royal decree:

No more head colds.

I s'pose I shouldn't complain, this is a pretty mild one compared to some I've had. And hey, no sore-throat-feels-like-I'm-swallowing-glass, just mild tenderness. I couldve gone to work today, if I hadn't been concerned about giving it to all my guests, I do work with food. They tend to find the sneezing fits a tad off-putting.

A bit of silly history, for the newbies.

This thread was started almost three years ago by Richard (TriticusToxicum). It took more than a year to reach 200 pages, at which point the phirst poster on page 200, Bev (Mntdog) was declared to be the Queen of the Sillies (normal spelling was still in effect). Since then, the first poster on a page which is a multiple of 100 becomes the King or Queen for the next 100 pages (1,500 posts).

I joined the group on page 327 in November of 2007, with a post about Amanda's honeymoon.

What are the newlyweds doing?

Well, it has been over 26 years since we were newlyweds, and I remember what we were doing, but nobody was taking any pictures of it.

Members have come and gone since then, but there are a lot of us who have been here for a long time.

The history of the monarchy, as it happened, is as follows:

Monarch ... Crowned .. Reign

----------------------------

Richard . 29-Sep-2006 . 374

Beverly . 08-Oct-2007 .. 19

Amanda .. 27-Oct-2007 .. 37

Tom ..... 03-Dec-2007 .. 32

Jess .... 04-Jan-2008 .. 26

Sarah ... 30-Jan-2008 .. 27

Tom ..... 26-Feb-2008 .. 31

Jess .... 28-Mar-2008 .. 38

Peter ... 05-May-2008 .. 29

Emily ... 03-Jun-2008 .. 31

Nikki ... 04-Jul-2008 .. 34

Susie ... 07-Aug-2008 .. 28

Janet ... 04-Sep-2008 .. 33

Erica ... 07-Oct-2008 .. 31

Jacquie . 07-Nov-2008 .. 34

Amanda .. 11-Dec-2008 .. 35

Susie ... 15-Jan-2009 ... 2*

Lisa H .. 17-Jan-2009 .. 29

Nikki ... 15-Feb-2009 .. 36

Patti ... 23-Mar-2009 .. 42

Rachel .. 04-May-2009 .. 51

Jess .... 24-Jun-2009 .. 65

Julie A . 28-Aug-2009 ... ?

*Go to page 1700 and read on to understand the quick turnover.

Due to some posts having been deleted from the thread, you will see a different version if you go to the hundred-multiple pages. The chronology reflects the ascensions as they happened.

If you read the whole thread:

1. You need to get a life (I did read the whole thing when it was 327 pages);

2. You will understand about parades, the yeti, and the Royal Courtiers;

3. You will realize that we will talk about ANYTHING here, and there is never TMI;

4. You will still not understand our obsessive need to discuss private body parts.

Welcome to all the newbies! This is a safe, phun place to hang out.

@Charlie1946, There are many vitamin deficiencies associated with PCOS and Celiac disease and mental health issues.  The malabsorption of nutrients caused by Celiac can exacerbate PCOS and mental health issues. Vitamin B 3 Niacin (the kind that causes flushing) improves sebaceous hyperplasia and PCOS. (300 mg/day) Vitamin B 1 Thiamine improves dysphagia, and with Omega Threes, Sjogren's, and PCOS.     (300 mg/day) The other B vitamins are needed as well because they all work together like an orchestra.   The fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, are needed as well.  Low Vitamin D is common in both PCOS and Celiac and depression.   Deficiencies in Niacin Thiamine, Cobalamine B12, Folate B 9, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D can cause mental health issues.   I wish doctors would check for nutritional deficiencies and gastrointestinal issues before prescribing antidepressants.  My mental health issues didn't get better until my vitamin deficiencies were corrected and a gluten free keto/paleo diet adopted.   Though blood tests are not really accurate, you may want to get tested for deficiencies before supplementing, otherwise you'll be measuring the vitamins you've taken and blood tests will show blood levels that are too high. Yes, Thiamine TTFD and the other vitamins are available over-the-counter.  A B Complex with additional Thiamine TTFD and Niacin made a big difference to my health.  I follow a paleo diet, and make sure I get Omega Threes.  I took high dose Vitamin D to correct my deficiency there.   I've run through the mental health gamut if you would like to talk about your issues.  You can personal message us if you would be more comfortable.   Interesting Reading: Nutritional and herbal interventions for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS): a comprehensive review of dietary approaches, macronutrient impact, and herbal medicine in management https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12049039/

Hi @Charlie1946 I am so sorry to hear you are suffering with this problem.   Just a few other thoughts.  I had debilitating anxiety prior to my diagnosis.  I was never admitted to a hospital but thankfully had a lot of support from friends and family, and found a couple of publications contained really helpful advice:  for depression, The Depression Cure: The Six-Step Programme to Beat Depression Without Drugs by Dr Steve Llardi, and for debilitating anxiety, At Last A Life by Paul David.  Both can be ordered online, there is also a website for the latter.  If you are deficient in or have low iron or B12 this can cause or worsen mental health issues.  I am sure my own issues were caused by long-term deficiencies.   If you can get your blood tested, it would be useful.  In the case of iron, make sure you only supplement if you have a deficiency, and levels can be monitored, as too much iron can be dangerous. If you have burning mouth issues, very bad TMJ or neuralgia,  I understand the pain can be managed by the use of a certain class of medication like amitriptyline, which is also used to treat depression.  But there again, it is possible with the correct diet and supplementation these issues might improve? I do hope that you find relief soon. Cristiana

@Charlie1946, as an alternative to milk-based protein shakes, let me suggest whey protein. Whey and casein are the two main proteins found in milk but whey doesn't cause issues like casein can for celiacs. Concerning your question about celiac safe mental health facilities, unfortunately, healthcare facilities in general do not have good reputations for being celiac safe. Most celiacs find that they need to depend on family members to advocate for them diligently or bring in food from the outside. Training of staff is inconsistent and there is the issue of turnover and also cross contamination.
    • Charlie1946
@knitty kitty are you kidding?  I had no idea about the casein!! No one ever mentioned that to me at all!! I basically live off that milk! I have also wondered if I have Sjorgen's , but I haven't been to the doctor yet. Can you get the TTFD over the counter? I do have dysphasia and I have lysine I just haven't been good about taking it. I am so glad I found this group and all of you with all this helpful information!! I thought I was going crazy!!  I have sebaceous hyperplasia too- is that related to Celiac?  OH , and I wanted to ask if there is a site where I could find information on mental health issues , with celiac safe facilities??
    • Charlie1946
@trents, Hi, thank you for the reply, I used to be pretty good at taking my vitamins and supplements, because I also have PCOS, I have Barrett's esophagus, it's just too expensive to have it stretched all the time, and I also get kinda panicked when trying to swallow pills because of getting choked a lot before.  I think maybe the thrush made it worse, I just can't figure out why I can't get it to go away
