I love Kozy Shack stuff... I'll have to look for the pumpkin pudding. It sounds good.

Thanks for the info! We haven't got it in our area of the country yet since I was at the grocery store yesterday and did not see it. I did buy some chocolate pudding so hopefully I did not just miss it.

I've now given my husband the heads up so we will keep an eye out for it. Thanks for posting!

Jenny C

this is the recipe from betty hageman ( gluten-free gourmet) that I used for creampuffs...

1 c. water

1/2 c. shortening

1/3 c. potato starch flour

2/3 c rice flour 1/2 tsp. salt

1 tbsp. sugar

4 eggs

preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine water & shortening in a large saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil. Mix flours,, salt & sugar & add to water & shortening. Stir until mixture forms a ball that leaves the side of the pan. Remove from heat & cool slightly,

Add the unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating well with electric mixer after each egg is added.

Drop by tablespoon onto prepared cookie sheet. The puffs should be approx.2 inches round & 1 1/2 inches high. Leave space for them to expand. Bake 450 for 20 kin. , then reduce heat to 350 for 20 min.more. Remove from oven & prick with a knife to let the steam escape.

Serve cold & fill with your favorite filling. Makes 8 to 10 cream puffs.

Is this the recipe you wanted, Jenny?

enjoy

This is a vegan recipe a friend of mine made up...

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 cup risotto rice*

2 cups water

1 can coconut milk

pinch of salt

maple syrup to taste

(handful of shredded coconut and/or nuts optional)

-Bring water and oil to a boil.

-Add rice, reduce to a simmer. Stir occasionally till rice is cooked through.

-Off the heat add the coconut milk, salt and syrup.

I like it with dried cherries and pistachios and a pinch of cardamom and/or cinnamon!)

*risotto rice is key for it to be creamy. you can also use short grain sushi rice in a pinch, it has a high starch content like aborio.

But M&M's contain milk, and would not be at all like a Tootsie Roll.

I appreciate you validating me because medical is an issue and it's not ok at all they they do this. Some days I just want to call the news media and just call out these doctors especially when they are supposed to be specialist Downplaying when gluten-free when they should know gluten-free is false negative. Now dealing with other issues and still crickets for disability because I show no signs of celiac BECAUSE IM GLUTENFREE! Actively dealing with sibo and skin issues.Depression is the key because thats all they know, im depressed because medical has caused it because of my celiac and related issues. I should have never ever been employed as a bus driver. After 3 years still healing and ZERO income desperately trying to get better but no careteam for celiac other than stay away frim wheat! Now im having care because my head is affected either ms or meningioma in go in tomorrow again for more scans.I know im slowly dying and im looking like a disability chaser

M&M Peanuts. About the same calories and sugar while M&M Peanuts have fiber, potassium, iron and protein that Tootsie Rolls ("We are currently producing more than 50 million Tootsie Rolls each day.") don't. Click the links to compare nutritional values.  Both are made with sugar, not high fructose corn syrup.  I use them as a gluten free substitute for a peanut butter sandwich.  Try her on grass fed, pasture fed milk. While I get heartburn at night from commercial dairy milk, I do not from 'grassmilk'.

I see it everyday on my feeds.  They go out and buy gluten-free processed products and wonder why they can't heal their guts.  I don't think they take it as a serious immune disease. They pick up things off the internet which is so far out in left field.  Some days I would just like to scream.  So much better when we had support groups and being able to teach them properly. I just had an EMA blood test because I haven't had one since my Doctor moved away.  Got test results today, doctor ordered a D3 vitamin test.  Now you know what  type of doctors we have.  Now I will have to pay for this test because she just tested my D3 end of December, and still have no idea about my EMA.
