What's The Best Chocolate Cake Mix?

What's the best gluten-free chocolate cake mix out there? I'm looking for a moist cake that has 'normal cake' texture. I am also dairy and corn allergic, but if you just know of a good gluten-free mix I'd love to know what it is and then I can check if its dairy and corn-free too. Thanks everyone!

I like the one from Gluten Free Pantry

We like the Namaste mix. It's dairy-free and other allergen free too, not sure about corn-free.

How corn sensitive are you? Can you have xanthan gum?

Namaste has my vote here, too. I actually haven't met a cake mix I didn't like yet, but Namaste's probably my favorite and it has the bonus of being free of many different allergens.

I made a cake with Bob's Red Mill gluten-free chocolate cake mix a couple of weeks ago. I used a non-dairy margarine, because my sister is also lactose-intolerant. Used a store-bought frosting that was also non-dairy (I don't remember the brand, maybe Pillsbury? It's the white one with sprinkles). The cake turned out FABULOUS!!!! It tasted great, I was so pleased. You should be able to find BRM cake mix at any grocery store.

We haven't tried many so I don't know if it's "the best", but we like Kinnikinnick.

I love Bob's Red Mill chocolate cake mix. NO RICE!! That's important to me. :) Make some butter cream frosting from the recipe on the back of the Ghiradelli cocoa power can, and you have the best chocolate cake I've ever made, gluten or not! My whole family demands this cake now for any occasion. :) :)

I'll vote for Namaste. My non gluten-free family loves it too! Makes great muffins as well.

Definitely Namaste.

There is a company up here in Canada that has awesome gluten free baking mixes....... they ship to the U.S. I believe...

We love Namaste, plus each package makes (2) 9" layers, so it's equivalent to a regular cake mix. Some other gluten-free cake mixes are almost as expensive but only make one layer. I bought a sampler of flavors from Namaste, but now buy the chocolate cake mix from A m a z o n dot COM (6 bags per order).

Namaste has my vote. Cherrybrook Kitchen also has a good one too.

This treatment looks promising. Its aim is to provoke immune tolerance of gluten, possibly curing the disease. It passed the phase 2 trial with flying colours, and I came across a post on Reddit by one of the study volunteers. Apparently, the results were good enough that the company is applying for fast track approval.  Anokion Announces Positive Symptom Data from its Phase 2 Trial Evaluating KAN-101 for the Treatment of Celiac Disease https://www.reddit.com/r/Celiac/comments/1krx2wh/kan_101_trial_put_on_hold/

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.
