Anong the vitamins and minerals I supplement with on a rotating basis....not all of them everyday except a daily multiple vitamin, , I'll have to see if my Centrum silver daily vitamin has Thiamine in it. How Come Gluten Didnt Bother Me In Italy
Since 2015 we've spent extensive time in Italy and I've been able to eat their wheat products without incident. Initially, I was practically starving thinking foods in Sicily were not gluten-free.
