  3. 260 is barely over the lower 'normal' lower limit for B12. It is very common for celiacs to be low in B12 because the area damaged by celiac helps us absorb it from our food or supplements. Are you taking precautions against cross contamination? For example you need a dedicated gluten free toaster, your own condiments and nut butters etc to prevent CC from gluten eaters in your home ...
  9. You do need to be eating a full gluten diet for testing. You should get back on gluten now and then when all testing is finished give the diet a try even if the tests are negative.

  23. I agree with the others, any amount is too much. With celiac it is not the amount of gluten consumed that makes us sick it is the antibody reaction that it causes. Those antibodies are activated with even a tiny amount of a gluten grain.
