    Look for sample sizes and groupings also when you shop. I don't know if all companies do this but I know Ener-g does. My DS actually likes their bread and used to order the sample sizes to make sure stuff didn't go bad before he got the chance to eat it all.     Another possibility, do you have forced air heat? I wake up almost every morning with a sore throat when my heat is going. Just a note about testing, you may not pay for it cash wise but if you are celiac and they have not acknowledged that many of the preperations that they use in testing, like barium and such are not safe and you risk making yourself very sick.
