There was an article the other day on yahoo news I believe that stated a certain amount of senile senior citizens had very high levels of lead. Here's a little information I found on it - Open Original Shared Link

  3. For fast food out the door, my husband and daughter eat delimex taquitos, the corn shell ones and they clearly list gluten on the labels with the ones that contain it. My husband likes to dip them in salsa or sour cream. By my username its obvious we all went gluten free. I was the first one to find out about it then we tried my 3 year old since she had...
  4. We used enterolab for my daughter and I and my husband was gluten free by default but now we have noticed he feels alot better gluten free than before it. There are almost replacements for just about everything. My daughter and husband still have pizza. I make their's with namaste pizza crust and make there's with meat and mine is a veggie one. There are...
  5. TCOYF is a good read for everybody. It explains so many things that you might not be aware of. It helped us prevent pregnancy, also helped me realize I had cycle problems, and it also helped us time things better for having our daughter.
  6. I cant help with the testing since I never had testing done through that company. I would suggest gluten free foods for your family since it sounds like they might all have symptoms that might get better. I do believe I had leaky gut before. I reacted to everything and was down to about 8 foods. I still fed my family those foods as long as they were gluten...
  7. Im assuming there are a certain number of codes that was put in with the program and it accepts those. I personally have not heard of al-cat on here before and I have been a member for a little while and a lurker for a long time before I registered. There is also a lyme website that can be put on here either even though they dont sell anything. I would...
  8. I dont believe anyone on here is against al-cat testing its just probably part of the board rules that advertising isnt allowed on here. You can put in your profile though. This is more than a forum, the main part of this site is a business and many websites on here cant be listed other than just that type of testing as many other business websites also have...
  9. Im sorry Im sure you have had this checked but have they checked your prostate? My cousin had an enlarged prostate and it caused kidney functioning problems. Although you seem a bit young for that but you never know. I hope they can figure it out for you soon.
  10. Sigh, if it were me keep on pushing it. He has to clue in sometime. I would be tempted to embarass him royally just to get him to stop. It sounds like your daughter is great though and Im glad she stands up to him. My sister's in laws and her husband are jerks about the diet and cannot believe they have such a reaction to gluten. My sister is afraid to have...
  11. Im so glad they turned out well for you! I have yet to try them as I have been dieting lately and I know this would blow it since I would eat too many

  16. I love my soups in the winter but I have to watch my salt and make sure its gluten free, salt free, soy free and vegetarian and vegetarian broths made up are so expensive. I came across this recipe and used it for my stuffing this past Christmas. I make mine without salt but my parents liked it with the salt better as they are used to salting their foods...
  17. Hathor- Thanks I have been doing mwl program so the only thing I can think of in terms of food if it had it on the skin of my veggies and it didnt get washed off properly. I havent used any new products. I hope its not corn since that is used on a spray on my veggies and fruit. I would think I would still have it though since I have been eating them all...

  21. Thanks Im positive it wasnt soy since I avoid it usually and have lately been avoiding it and eating a whole foods vegan diet. I cant imagine how I would get glutened otherwise since we didnt attend parties or have any gluten products in the home but ah well at least its done now. Im sure its gluten since I had my standard seizure which is my classic...
  22. Diarrhea from cross contamination is much better than constipation for me I was like this for about 10 hours this weekend  Of course I had no red bull either and was too sick to get some from the store. I was glutened in the grocery store, Im assuming its because of the bakery as I walked past there and there were ladies baking within a...

  25. I know the feeling well, I believe I had leaky gut. I felt great after going gluten free for about a month or two then everything seemed to bother me. I was down to 8 foods that I was ok with and then those foods were inconsistent and I stopped eating before I would leave the house for fear of stomach upset while I was out and never ate anything but drank...
