Well, I would look at other intolerances too maybe first before glutening yourself. Maybe soy? I know I had loads come out after I went gluten-free. I personally did test myself with gluten after diagnosis but that was mainly my denial stage and I just knew that I wasnt gluten intolerant. Sweetfudge, I used the cream biscuits and just cheated on the dairy. They were really good biscuits. I used bob evans original sausage very very good and it didnt need any seasonings added. -

Good Luck with your dr's visit, no fats will help the symptoms till your able to get it taken care of. It's very common to lose a little weight avoiding fats and dairy while awaiting surgery so if you do lose a little you will gain it back eventually. -

Im sorry as Im not much help, I havent heard of these cookies but Im from the U.S. so that might be it. For crust I like crushing up cookies and a little melted butter, mix and press it in the pan. Do they have a maple flavor? If so maybe you could put a little pure maple syrup on top of the crust once its pressed in the pan before you put the cheesecake... -

Unfortunately after gluten free stuff still can come out. I had three autoimmune disorders come out after going gluten free and I believe its the damage from 32 years of gluten. I had a ton of intolerances come out once I started to heal from gluten. I believe I had leaky gut. I started taking probiotics and baby myself with the foods that didnt bother me which was a small handful and about a year later I could eat most of the foods that use to bother me.
