  1. 250 is actually in the normal range for b12 levels, albeit on the low end. I had been having problems for awhile and finally pinpointed a b12 deficiancy...my levels were 50 hahaha...It's been a year on the shots and I'm still only up to 209 but have also started taking b12 tablets. I have no other issues (like listed above) other than being a celiac..
  2. Pastariso is hands down the best gluten free mac and cheese I've had (the one with the dolphin on the front), I get these delivered regularly to me from Amazon and even my husband says it tastes just like kraft!
  3. I eat there weekly and haven't noticed a change in the quality or care that they take with the food.
  4. Piazza Sorrento is still excellent, whether their chef left or not!
  5. oh thank heavens! I seriously have like 4 a week some weeks if I'm travelling and I feel like I would've definitely noticed. Thank you
  6. I have Auburn hair, which is considered a red head
  7. What the...I've been drinking Starbucks' green tea lemonades for years and never noticed any type of reaction. This is heartbreaking for me.
  8. I'll send you a message. I'd rather not make my background history public
  9. hi! I take Nature's Bounty B-12 vitamins that I got from my Rite-Aid. It clearly lists the following "No Artificial Color or Flavor, No preservatives, No Sugar, No Starch, No Milk, No Lactose, No Soy, No Gluten, No Wheat, No Yeast, No Fish and Sodium Free"
  10. Any college that isn't willing to help make sure your experience is a good one, isn't worth going to. I went to 2 different ones and worked at 3 more that all went above and beyond to help me with my meals. Most places should be willing to help!
  11. I just used it this past week and was surprised at how good it was. Even my husband, who eats gluten, enjoyed it!
  12. I've never really run into a flavored water that has gluten in it. I've had both of these brands pretty regularly and never had any issues!
  13. I liked these crusts but my grocery store charges like $11 bucks for them. For that, I'll just make my own!
  14. They still have the "This is a gluten free food" on many of their products, however, I believe if the product is made on a shared line, while it has gluten free ingrediants...they took the statement off because of cross containmination complaints. So while it may still be gluten free and I personally would still eat it (because I've been inside the Utz plant...
  15. I agree. Five Guys is fantastic. I try not to eat there a lot because holy greasy deliciousness....but I've eaten there more times than I can count and never gotten sick!
  16. I drink their peppermint mocha and peppermint hot chocolate pretty regularly and I've never had a bad reaction. My location is pretty good about ingrediants and cleaning things for me, I wonder if that plays a role for you!
  17. I've eaten Ramen noodles uncooked pre-celiac....it was college, and it wasn't terrible
  18. That only tests one very small area of Virginia, which to me shows that its a problem in that area. Have you seen any research to show that something like this is a problem nationally?

    ARCHIVED Panera Bread

I get their smoothies weekly and have never had any issues with it!
  20. I agree. Its no wonder you are concerned for your neices and nephews. Is there anyway you can sit down and talk to your sister about what's going on? I'm not sure of the relationship that you have with her...is there a husband in the picture that maybe you could talk to? Telling a kid 'no' who says they're hungry after you know they aren't eating enough...
  21. https://www.icee.com/ Icee's are gluten free, check out their site and it shows you every ingrediant. Even states "gluten free"
  22. Risotteria is AMAZING, I just wish it were bigger. I get massive anxiety in tiny crammed spaces...hmm, which is probably why I don't live in NYC
  23. There is apparently a cupcake place near where the Capitals play that have amazing gluten free cupcakes. Someone was telling me about this recently and of course I forget the name of the place already.
  24. I take a b 12 suppliment and folic acid, rather than a prenatal vitamin. I have a b12 deficiancy, so in addition to the shots, they put me on the suppliment as well! The Nature's Bounty brand clearly states No Gluten
