  1. Trader Joe's also makes excellent GF flour tortillas, bagels and hamburger buns.
  2. This may be helpful, and the comments on the article as well:
  3. I hope you find you answer soon. At some point you may want to look into this diet:
  4. This article indicates that Coke and most soft drinks are gluten-free:
  5. I think the only way for me would be outdoors, which is definitely possible here in Northern California. I have raised beds in my garden. I could cover them if it gets below freezing on an evening, or even build a clear plastic greenhouse type cover for Winter. Where to you order your micro green seeds?
  6. Thank you for clarifying this! I've already mentioned many times in this forum that I am highly skeptical of the fairly recent "weak positive" category on celiac disease blood test results--for example, why not also include a "weak negative"? Anyway, your results are a strong positive, and I was worried that they are doing some more strange category changes...
  7. Jasmine rice grown in Thailand would be gluten-free. They do not grow any wheat that I know of in that part of the world. It is grown and bagged in Thailand I assume.
  8. Wow, this is great! It looks like you're growing them indoors, is that correct?
  9. If they include things like wheat or barley grass, one thing I noticed early on when Jamba Juice introduced their wheat grass shots is that when the grass is growing some of the seeds get pushed up, and the employees would cut the grass and include a seed or two sometimes in the juicer. I can see this as a source of contamination, so I'm not really sure how...
  10. If they are made on shared lines with gluten products they may have had an issue with the batch you had, although for many years they have claimed to be gluten-free.
  11. They are a sponsor here, but I am really excited about Bentilia pasta, which is made from 100% red lentils:
  12. I've noticed that some of those nutrient shakes, although many are gluten-free, contain tons of ingredients, including lots of artificial flavorings and colorings. You might want to keep things as simple as possible for a while to see if you have additional food intolerance issues, and be sure to keep a food diary as well.
  13. It sounds like, but I can't tell for sure from your post, that you ate some and got glutened, is that correct? If so, this may help, including the comments:
  14. As others mentioned, if you went gluten-free for 11 days before your endoscopy you could get a false negative result, but if you are unable to eat gluten due to the severe symptoms then you likely already have your answer anyway, right?
  15. You may want to consider a different doctor, as you have more than one positive test for celiac disease, and I am not sure how a 78 on a TTG IgA score where 20 is the mark could be interpreted as a "weak positive." In any case, the fact that you also have some gut damage, plus improvement of symptoms on a gluten-free diet at two other factors that indicate...
  16. You may want to see this article, and especially its comments:
  17. Given how often board members have noticed sudden ingredient changes, I would not recommend any of the scanners out there over learning how to read ingredient labels, looking for "Gluten-Free" on a label, or gluten-free certifications. I know it seems easier to use such apps, but in the long run they are only as good as their last update, and a bit more work...
  18. BTW, I think you understood my post, but the last bit which I correct should have said "I haven't had any issues."
  19. Hello @LaLeoLoca, I haven't tried juicing because I believe that it is much better for digestion to actually chew your food properly--32 times--than to drink food in a juice form. Why? Because very little saliva and lingual lipase (both help you break down various nutrients and starches) are passed into the foods you eat when you drink something, rather than...
  20. Someone in another thread just recommended U-Lactin Lotion for DH, which is the first time I've heard about it.
  21. They are a sponsor here, but due to the powder psyllium fiber which seems to re-create the chewiness of the wheat buns I used to eat, I like Little Norther Bakehouse's buns:
  22. Interesting, I've not heard of U-Lactin before, so thank you for for mentioning it!
  23. Definitely, but not in a long time. This article might be helpful, and see its comments as well:
