  5. I think you already know the answer to your question but it's hard to face that you may have to change the focus of your career. Can you specialize in another aspect of the company or change your baking to gluten-free in a company that specializes?
  6. I've found I do better with very low grain also. I haven't cut them out completely but I'm not eating them every day as I was. It really cut out the abdominal pain. Have you tried taking feverfew for your headaches? It really helped my daughter. Cut down on the number of headaches and shortened the duration when they did occur.

  10. I would agree that this sounds like a histamine reaction or an allergy. Sometimes they lay in wait until our gluten issues are in hand then jump out and make us itch. Do you think you might have a problem with MSG? What ingrediants are in the two foods you most suspect?
  11. I don't go for the exercise, so I'm probably missing something! I usually have Constant Comment tea, my favorite, rest as much as I need to and eat all the safe food my body asks for. One of my symptoms is usually ravenous hunger. I like a big pot of homemade chicken noodle soup. I also take extra B12.

  23. Do you think you could be having a reaction to red dye? It can also come out in the skin and behavior. Blue and yellow dye also but red seems to be the worst. And with nightshade problems don't forget paprika. It's nightshade and it is used in a lot of seasonings like seasoned salt and chips like Doritos.
