How about Steen's 100% Pure Cane Syrup? This is what I use, but of course it is made locally in Abbeville,Louisiana. DOn't know if you can get it where you are from. The website is www.steensyrup.com I find it much better tasting than maple syrup. Another alternative to syrup is sweetened condensed milk or just plain butter and sugar. This is what... -

Pour into a pie plate/pan of required size. THen take a pack of hot dogs and slice... -

I use the Nemaste Perfect Flour blend to make pumpkin rolls, and they are great. For Pancakes, I use Gluten-Free Bisquick, but instead of regular milk, I use evaporated milk as a substitute. Sometimes I have to add a little water as well, because before you can cook the last pancake, the batter really thickens up. I've also used the Bisquick to make... -

I got this recipe out of "More of America's Most Wanted Recipes." I plan on substituting pineapple juice for the bourbon (found this in another recipe) and chicken broth for the white wine. Not much on cooking with alcohol..... Golden Corral Bourbon Street Chicken -
Just found my favorite: A recipe for Bourbon Street Chicken. However, it calls for 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup Jim Beam Bourbon and 2 tablespoons white wine. I don't drink, therefore I don't know if the alcohol is safe. Could someone help with this or recommend an alternative for these ingredients? Wenmin
