    I was dx'd over 35 years ago before it was really ever mentioned much.... It seems the medical world goes through phases ie: gallbladder surgerywas a big thing here in the 70's.     Sorry your not feeling well. I have never been sick from anything I have had from the grainless baker in Pa. They have a regular bakery & a total different gluten-free bakery so they are separated from each other. hope you get better soon

    I also never heard corn starch was bad ...... I store mine in the fridge. I like argo brand because it doesn't get lumpy..... I have alway use that to thicken gravies, I never used flour even when I could have!!!

    Doctors alway qoute what is the norm but there are some of us out living in this norm world that don't fit in the norm box.My most recent doctor said (I think) the level that is norm is 3 but for a person such as myself that 3.5 is norm for me. And after I got to there I felt like a new woman.......Not everyone fits in the majority that becomes the rule...

    I use homepathy for some things but it doesn't take care of celiacs, nothing but diet can help celiacs.I'm not sure if that was what perhaps you were hoping for ??? I use homepathy for colds & sore throat & things like that, mamaw
