    Welcome I don't believe Activa is okay. Metamucil depends on what you are using. The fiber bars or just the powder.When I tried the powder I felt funny so I quit, the bars are a no no on this diet.     We do this at our church but we use one lrg coffee can & a 1# coffee can ,it's easier to roll the can to one another & make a game out of it...sorta like hot potato. Everyone must get it rooled away from themselves asap.

    I've been trying to get other family members tested for a couple of years, to no avail... I feel badly but it's like the horse ---you can show him the water but he may not drink....as for many of us ,we never got the blessings of a dx's but we tried on our own & the diet helped us dramaticly so we stay on the diet....     I bought the woodchuck cider but haven't tried it yet. Made onion rings with the Bard's Tale but actually haven't drank a bottle yet..... Maybe tonite with my pizza!!!! The beer distributor here stopped selling the gluten-free beers--- don't know why....... mamaw

    I had comfy cuisine eggplant parm & thought it was horrible & watery. The pizza was just as bad. manicotti was a throw-away for us also. I didn't like any of the stuff...... The pizza crust was like a crepe..... I haven't heard many say it was good.... mamaw

    That is horrible. Did any family member actually feel bad about going there after they seen how hard it was for you?I'm with Nini , if we go out I pick the place .... When my mother-in-law passed away I chose a place where I could eat a meal like the other forty people. A couple of relatives who were not even around much to help during her illness complained...

    Hi Judy I have had Good Eatz prebaked stuff but didn't know they had pie crust or bagged flours... But pecan pie would be good even without a crust!!!! I alway make my own gluten-free crust but this year I tried Anna's pie crust. I love her bread mix but the pie crust tasted like cardboard. Tough & not flaky or tender. I don't know what I did wrong...

    That is usually what I do also, sometimes I use rice instead of gluten-free noodles. Turkey pot pie is good also. This year there were so many that I only had four slices of turkey left!!!!!
