  5. I printed out a no no list & a okay list from Clan Thompson's site . It was many pages but I carried it around for a few months until it became old hat.... It actually wore out... I do alot of ordering by mailorder & when I do get to a gluten-free store I stock up....... mamaw

  9. Hi That's a bummer that you got away from the diet & now have to relearn how to eat again... Clan thompson is a good site to get tons of info & of course this site.... A few mainstream things I can think of quickly are :swanson broth,progresso creamy mushroom ,progresso chicken & rice, progresso I think its called corn chowder are gluten...

  11. GFBetsey My guess would be it would make it a bit to runny but as I said befroe I'm no chemist when it comes to changing recipes ingredients. The dough was a soft dough not dry at all.   12. How do I make a url a valid link. When I copy & paste a url in a message I can not get it to turn blue making it a valid link. I tried the e-mail button & I alway get a pop-up error stating I need a valid url or an e-mail addy even though there is one there. mamaw

  21. Alot like Gluten free pantry mix & I love Anna's mix. If you were a towntalk bread person then you probably wouldn't like Anna's. Also Kinnickkinnick is good.... Some even say Energ ligth tapicoa bread is good but I can't bring myself to eat it because it has a shelf life of a couple of years.................I made stuffing out of Whole Foods Sandwich...

  24. Pillsbury is okay. Betty Crocker is not for sure. Duncan Hines I used to buy but once I found wheat listed in the ingredients so I just didn't bother anylonger. The labels are pretty clear on icings....
  25. I didn't find the one in a jelly roll pan but Guhlia has posted a quick & easy one under onion rings& hamburger buns, post# 12. I not computer savy so this is the only way I can tell you.
