This is actually the first place...

I wasn't sure what I would end up with plus I'm not a wonderful bread maker.... I don't know what got into me but I experimented & it... -

mamaw replied to ErraticBinxie's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
There are several posts about gluten-free oats. I would not tell newbies to start off eating oats. But I have been as well as a few others eating gluten-free oats for over a year now. I eat only a half cup at one setting. I started out very slowly -- twice a week at first. I would not eat reg. oats. I've been gluten-free for about four years now. I guess... -

ARCHIVED The Most Delicious Home-made Gluten Free Bread I've Ever Tasted...
mamaw replied to mamatide's topic in Gluten-Free Recipes & Cooking Tips
When I use a bread machine I alway brush down the side of the pan while it is mixing so all the flour gets mixed-in. Then when it is down with the rising process I alway smooth out the top so it bakes evenly. You will get an uneven top if you don't. hope this helps mamaw -
happy happy happy are you..... it sounds like the real deal. And understanding men are hard to find ... I too think he is a keeper..... good luck mamaw

Someone asked how to check for heavy metals. First you can do the bloodtest, 2nd. a doctor gives a small amount of EDTA IV.then you do a 24 hour urine collection. It takes about 3 weeks to get results back. I too went to a dentist who specializes in removal of mercury fillings.... to this day there are dentist who find nothing wrong with mercury in the...

Georgie I don't think everyone has problems with mercury in their mouths but it is a heavy metal & it does cause illness. It is kinda like people who smoke everyday 3 packs of cigarettes, never cancer or any illness, then you find a non-smoker with lung cancer. Everyones immune systems is different. I had all my molars filled with mercury fillings...
-
Yes, you should have the mercury fillings removed asap.It makes a big difference. Also you can do the bloodtest to see what your mercury level is.My son is going through chelation & the pill DMSA to remove mercury & lead from his brain as I post this message. His levels showed nothing in his blood but after many high-tech doctors, they came to the...

How about hemroids? They can also make you itch, they can be external or internal.Vagasil will calm the itch (external only). Have you changed laundry soap or dryer sheets, bath soap & so on, they can cause real havoc on a persons skin. mamaw
