  8. I love Bi-Aglut pastta!!!!I find it at my health food store. Nini, do you have a store where you shop at? Maybe they would carry it for you. I'd just keep pestering the store to carry that brand. Most everywhere has Tinkyada which is my other choice for jumbo stuffing shells as I can't find anyone else who makes them.Rizopia is another brand that is hard...

  10. On Anna's website "gluten Evolution" she gives tips for making her bread. For instance on the pkg it says to use 1 egg & two whites I think. BUt it should equal 2/3 cup, since all large eggs are not the same she had posted notes like this .Plus I always check the water temp to make sure it is not to hot nor not to cold. I premix all the wet ingredients...

  12. hi I know the pizza crust with the "V " beginning letter. I too got excited about them because it stated cornmeal crust but after reading the total ingredient list they also contain flour... They sell them at Whole Foods. I was just there yesterday ...I wish I could remember the total name. mamaw
  13. I would say stay out of the wheat field while harvesting is going on...I think you can inhale unseen, micro fragments....I know I can smell it when they harvest around me........That's is my thought....... mamaw

I hope you are feeling better & I agree the mediacl doctors need to get up tp speed with this issue.It's bad enough when family & friends feel you may have went over the edge but it just kills me when a doctor has no clue. Also it could have been a combo of flours & such. I sometimes can eat a certain food with no problems then next time I eat...

I know that with Annalise Roberts "Classic Baking) she allow her recipes to be copied as long as we use her name & cookbook.....   22. I do not use Splenda for anything. It is not a good product to use celiac or not celiac....I lost the site that told how bad splenda is for ones health , hopfully someone still has it, plus somewhere on this site a post states about it. I threw 2 large bags out after I read all the bad things about it.Sorry I hope I didn't burst your bubble about splenda...

  25. Cold hands & feet can be Reynauld's. I was dx'd a year before going gluten-free. My hands turn pure white with a few red blotches on them & they are very very numb. I sometimes run very warm water on them for hours to get feeling back to them. mamaw
