  4. Only my opinion, but if you are able to wash the cooking plates, I would say you would be safe. I have cc issues but I use the same pans,etc and simply wash in hot water and soap and I'm not bothered.

  7. I think I'm simply intolerant but of many things, not just wheat/glutens. It usually takes me a day and a half to two days to start feeling symptoms. Sinuses is one of many and I can have some symptoms for as long as a week or so.

I never would have thought about iodized salt. That's all I ever buy. And that's only because that's what my mom always bought, lol. I guess iodine doesn't bother me too much, if that's the case.
