  1. My oldest was giving lessons on hydraulics to a robotics team. Maybe titanium with a hydraulic ( compressed air) lift? If he needs a project for his mechanical engineering class, I'll have him consult with everyone here.
  2. You ask them.....I don't think I can.
  3. I don't know if its right or wrong. I'm just saying there are lots of things on the internet. Looking at this I couldn't tell if the person had any special knowledge to write it. It didn't appear to come from any recognized medical center or journal.
  4. I don't know why you would say it has gluten. Here we go: After oranges are picked, they are shipped off to be processed. They are squeezed and pasteurized and, if they are not bound for frozen concentrate, are kept in aseptic storage, which involves stripping the juice of oxygen in a process called "deaeration," and kept in million-gallon tanks for up...
  5. I saw this on TV a couple of weeks ago, too. It didn't mention anything about gluten. Apparently, they add some concentrated orange flavor (from other oranges) because when they mass process, it looses some flavor. I saw that on TV, I'll see if I can find something.
  6. this is an all gluten-free store in Layton if you are near there. They have some of the regular stuff but also stuff like Sandwich Petals that you normally have to buy a large amount of by mail. They carry baked goods from several bakeries. Open Original Shared Link
  7. I don't know who wrote that. As far as I know, it could be a 6 th grader. Also, note that the second article says 1966. We don't give kids aspirin anymore. Baby aspirins are not for children. There may be a reason for a child under 20 to have one, but a doctor should tell you.
  8. If you have only good things to say about someone, like a doc, it's OK. You could also PM ( private message) the person. Click on thier picture, then you go to thier profile, then under thier picture there is a " send me a message". . Doing this from memory, but you can figure it out. I should add that if you are the doc or work for the doc, do...
  9. We need a name for Jess's new friend. Pirate? Sailor? Skipper? Gilligan? The Professor? Mary Ann?(getting a bit off track there) Black Beard (BB)?
  10. Em - she isn't planning to live with you, is she? ( what did I do with my barfy face?) Jess, how did you find another nice one? Do they grow them on that island? Did you miss the ferry and he gave you a ride?
  11. Usually, the best thing to do is call the company and ask. I don't know if there is generic, but that may have different non- medical ingredients.
  12. Where do you buy the Bi- Aglut pasta? Looks like I can get it on-line. Would be nice to try it before I buy a case.
  13. The Generic Rice Chex we used to buy had malt in it. It wasn't Walmart brand. Sometimes malt tricks people.
  14. I have nothing better than listening to dating stories! Details!
  15. Ditto! People get sick and our bodies fall apart as we age & none of it has to do with gluten or no gluten.
  16. Yeah. We have Geckos. Not as big as that guy.
  17. Apparently, we must now worry about gluten on our small lizards and car insurance? Open Original Shared Link
  18. Kansas is pretty far. If she has seen the Wizard of Oz, she might never want to visit. And we have wild packs of wandering standard poodles so the dogs would have a club to join.
  19. There are much more recent threads about this. These poster may not still be around. You might want to look around for more up- to - date info on a recent thread.
  20. I agree. You should get it looked at. Many people do have delayed healing ( like the 2 people asking questions in TH 's link). It could be many things including an allergic reaction to stitches, bandages, medications or an infection that had nothing to do with an allergy. Or more that I haven't thought of.
  21. This is on our minds all the time. But it's not on everyone else's. Your hub wants something else in your lives. Find something else to talk about sometimes - sports, movies, politics, the kids. When you go to the in laws, take your own food. Don't expect someone else to understand how to cook safely for you. Don't expect another family to buy new...
  22. I will start looking for nice houses in my neighborhood here in Kansas for you. I will not find any with a MIL suite.
  23. First the smart A remark: That will be attractive to women! Now you get my Mom remark: What have you learned from this, Dear?
