	I have BBQ made with apple cider vinegar. Think the Heinz is made with the white? Likely, huh? You could make ketchup. I've seen recipes and some restauraunts say they have homemade ketchup. I can't really speak to the science of vinegar to know if the parts of the corn are left in the vinegar. But, if a food bothers you, you shouldn't eat it...

	McDonalds isn't the same as a bakery or pizza place where you have to roll out dough & there is flour every where. I think it would be like when I make a gluteny sandwich for my kids. You just need to be careful and remember what might be on your hands. There are alot of specific duties at McDs that don't even require touching or fixing food.
