  1. Shroomie? What? I have done something without knowing if I was asleep? Or maybe medicated? What are you filling out and what is the result you want? Maybe we can figure out the answers if we know what you want out of the thing.h
  2. Let me talk to your dad. What father would allow/ encourage a child to do something medically inadvisable? It's Medical Neglect if not full child abuse. Now you Miss Barbie - Apparently your parents and older sibling haven't grown up. They can't think of what will keep you healthy and well. So....you will have to be the grown- up. Don't go. Or...
  3. Wonderful! Sorry family are being poopy!
  4. Like I said on the other thread, I can't believe a doc would give it to you for 20 years and not insist you eat gluten free. I suppose you will have grounds for a malpractice suit but 20 years of damage isn't worth the money to me.
  5. Or you might find something else to do when there are no lights....... Like catch up on your sleep!
  6. Have you thought about eating gluten-free to clear the DH up? It usually gets rid of the DH. No reason to take that medicine. Seems irresponsible of the docs to keep prescribing medication all these years.
  7. Oh no, Non-hurricane Irene ( your new name)! Pack up enough of your food for a week and then some. Good luck! Could go to the in-laws. Take a trailer full of essentials to share!
  8. You're the perfect person for ???? (name?). You can certainly understand allergies and not looking or feeling your best. Pooh would be very happy.
  9. Have tried them in things, never by themselves. I thought they worked well in place of the traditional Campbells.I
  10. My son, J just started school in Colorado. They have a nice kitchen in the dorm equiped with baking sheets, pans, etc. He doesn't need to be gluten-free. He met some girls who have been baking this first week of school. He wanted to make the PB cookies we make at home. They made them & he said they bubbled then fell flat. The only 2 things they...
  11. There's your out right there! Hub can tell him he can come but you are not sure you can make it. You have something with the kids. So please don't plan any special food. If you are able to come, you will eat first or bring something. Then you can see how you feel the day of the dinner. Honestly, its not a reward to watch people eat and have to explain...
  12. I have used something like that for carrying a 9 x 13 covered dish. Its a thick canvas out side and a big gel pack that you microwave. It did a good job for the 1 hour I used it. Don't know about how long the heat lasts.
  13. Once again, none of the above is what I would answer. 5). 293.25 and the Tower of London
  14. Coop with orange shorts around him is now my AV. No one but Jess & I understand the strange picture!
  15. Here is Cooper modelling the shorts. After the second pair he refused to continue. Some nonsense about no proper hole for his tail.
  16. Might work better to make his brother wear them. Or just hold them up? I think he actually wants me to give him money in his account to go to Kohl's and get some of the cool $28 ones. Which he will promptly rip on the climbing wall or catch in the chain on his bike. Almost every kid living on or off that campus has a bike. The ones that don't can...
  17. We used Skype to talk to J at college the other night. It was nice to see him. So far he has managed to play indoor soccer, indoor rock wall climbing, ping pong, video games, Late night party at Target, and girls are making him cookies in the downstairs common kitchen. Think he has gone to classes. Tonight we will be Skypeing so that he can choose...
  18. I thought Josh might have a psilly streak to him, too. However, he has probably given up on this thread about 5 posts ago.
  19. Well, Josh....Welcome to the Forum, As you can see, some of us will use any excuse to make jokes. I will sum this all up to say that the polls don't seem to have enough options on questions to suit some of us Psillies. I hope you can get the help you need from "narrative" answers.
  20. Feeling Psticky and pstinking hot pstill!

  21. I agree with the Wolf! With medication, the only way to know is to ask. Except for the few that put gluten-free on the box.
  22. I won't be answering any questions from you any longer. I do not appreciate that you are taking our replies and appear to be re-posting them as your own on your website. I realize that this is a public forum and anyone can read our replies. I realize others could be copying our answers and re-posting them as thier own. However, I will not be a willing...
  23. I'll have a glass of wine, too! Unless that bothers the hernia? Probably not but if it does, get that sucker fixed fast! I found that many things I already ate are gluten-free - BBQ chicken, potatoes in various ways, corn tortillas, chicken rice veg soup, chili, Chex cereral, wine, Grand Marnier, cheese, etc. Some people delete dairy for awhile...
  24. Seriously, Kelly! What's with posting stuff from "friends"? It really makes no difference what we say, the people aren't here to answer questions or clarify something. On the chance that this is serious - Kids grow. One year they are the tallest or the fastest, the next year, someone else grew more. I know a girl that was the second best long distance...
  25. Here's an official recipe from the 60s. We never liked the Wheat Chex. Chex.com has more variations This is the authentic 1960s recipe: 3 tbsp cooking oil 1 tbsp peanut butter Blend over low heat until blended ( I microwave) Add: 1tbsp Worchestershire sauce 1/4 teasp garlic salt 1/4 tsp salt In a 9x13 pan mix: 2 cups wheat Chex 2 cups...
