  1. Can anyone see the reddish crab in my avatar? I did the same thing I did before and it looked OK. Yes, Gee Eff, we used to go to the T Factory a lot. Went to a costume Mardi Gras party. The costumes were amazing!
  2. When M was little, he only like his cheese and carrots shredded. Just put them in a baggie. A little messy to eat. Will need a place to sit the shredded stuf down in a little bowl. Maybe sit on a bench with you or in stroller & you hold the bowl? Will she eat cold cuts? She could hold those. They are kinda salty so she may like that. Have you...
  3. Gee efff, you changed your profile pic but maybe not the AV? 2 different things. Go to change the av in change my profile. Then put your stick body in there. I really like that pic!
  4. You want a pic of one of my boys for my av?
  5. Never been called Crayon before. Called a lot of other things...kinda like Crayon. It's colorful. Can I be magenta or aquamarine? Used to live in old town Alex. Where were you? We could have helped Muffin with the wine! I changed my av to a glass mosaic crab from my project. Can you see him?
  6. I had a baby that would not eat baby food or anything mushy. He was 4 when his big bro convinced him that pudding was yummy and not baby food. I gave him just about anything chopped up tiny so he couldn't choke. Hamburger, chicken even steak cut into slivers. Chex was great. Still frozen corn he would pick up one piece at a time. If your baby doesn...
  7. Do you think that the 2 older kids might think that if little one gets sick from bread, they shouldn't eat it either. Might be hard to talk to the 3 year old but I would talk to the 6 year old and see what she says. If you tell her you're worried about 3 year old & are wondering if she can help you. Mine are 3 years apart and the older boy always was...
  8. Oh! How awful! A pregnant woman's worst nightmare! Sometimes, after they deliver, the doctors can tell what happened. This is especially scary for you right now.
  9. At this posting speed, Russell will be queen for another year!
  10. My kids didn't have to be gluten-free but the younger one never liked a tradional PB&J and the older one liked to mix it up. Sometimes they had jokes made about the lunches, but usually the other kids wanted my boys lunches. Juice or milk purchased at school & a fruit or carrot sticks & maybe a cookie or candy: Peanuts or other nuts, gluten...
  11. Did you do any Celiac blood test (not gene) or an endoscopy?
  12. So Jason, what is the solution to this? A.Bring your own food & maybe pans or go to the store when you get there? B. Whine & feel hungry and angry? (my personal favorite for a fun weekend). C. Don't go? D. Call the turkey people yourself, even tho you don't know them well? Take a chance that they might be nice and friendly?
  13. Way off topic, but, that usually doesn't stop me! Are the encaustic paintings the ones with the black and the stain glass sort of effect on your website? Those are just beautiful.
  14. "Your triangle dude is a little creepy," said The Mr. Potatohead Pumpkin. I think Cmyst is just making sure the chicken is completely cooked. Don't want food poisoning.
  15. What was I thinking? 98 pages. I can do that myself in a weekend!
  16. Gin and lemonade was a college favorite. You get the added value of vitamin c.
  17. I'm sure we could come up with something to take 998 pages?
  18. I suppose you could abdicate the throne. Not sure who the successor would be.
  19. We liked her so much , we kept her.
  20. Sounds good! You won't want to come here. First we had the rampaging chimp, now we have pigs running loose in downtown. Turns out they just wanted to be petted. I have teen age boys running amuck by my house.
  21. Wait a minute!... If you can get that fare from there to here, I can get it from here to there...... Screw the party for someone else 's friends! I'm heading west!
  22. Don't know if this is news to many but, I just got the Bigelow apple cider flavored tea. Labelled gluten-free on the box. Actually tastes a little appley and smells so good with lemon, orange, cloves. Lots of flavored teas don't taste like much to me but I like this one. They also had a pumpkin pie flavor, probably gluten-free but didn't check. Only...
  23. As I have posted before: no good winemaker would allow foreign substances like flour in the wine. The not so good wine makers age the wine in stainless steel vats. I don't know about those ones with all the fruit flavors in them. Bottled wine coolers are not made of wine.
