  1. Methylcobalamin 1000 mcg (Vitamin B12) on an empty stomache daily. Are you taking an acid suppressor? if so you may need even more B12. I would try CoQ10 as well, anyone in your family have trouble tolerating statins? AND, yup clean up the diet to the nth degree. Does anyone use your work station beside you?   2. I would wonder if there could be wheat in with the rice in the "wild" rice....and the rice pasta would be questionable about manufacturing conditions...also maybe what you are getting is a low blood sugar reaction?
  3. before you give up on the ataxia, try CoQ10, this turned out to be my issue, rather than gluten. Though i wouldn't swear that the gluten didn't make it worse.

  9. gluten free on processed foods, doesn't really mean gluten free.....perhaps under 20 ppm....if you eat too much of that you will being taking in too much gluten and thereby slowing the clearing of antibodies....
  10. don't ask!!! demand!! not ranting or raving, just go in with the expectation that you will get it done, if she declines again, get it in writing with her reasons.....sometimes docs will be "scared" into doing what you want when you try that tactic.....it is quite likely that she HASNT documented your request and her refusal in your chart....good luck

  12. this is battery and willful child abuse, these workers should lose their ability'license to work in that venue, immediately.
  13. He probably is NOT lactose intolerant, but casein intolerant. And why can't parents send packed lunches for their children and simply explain that their child is to not have any food that was not brought from home.
  14. remember that you were gluten free for 3 weeks before the testing....so the blood is probably not accurate....and the biopsy number was not enough/up to the standard of care......AND the diet is working.... the elevated eos is a sign of infammation/allergy good luck
  15. the neuro issues take the longest to heal, that said, sometimes they don't completely go away. The best that can be done is to stop progression. However, be for you give up on that, i would try CoQ10 supplimentation. Good luck
  16. This seems rather unethical to me, but she may have done you/your kids a favor......this way they don't carry the dx of celiac, so insurance can't discriminate later.

    Tell him to make sure his life insurance is up to date.
  20. your son received a gene from ea of you....if he is positive for celiac it is likely that he has one of the major genes, and whatever genes he has he got from his parents.
  21. I'm thinking that the 128 would be as high as they test for, therefor it would be QUITE elevated.....
  22. is it cyano or methyl? and if you are over 40 you may need to supplement in perpituity,
