  4. ?enzymes also, there may be cross reactivity with kiwi.
  5. celiac disease is not diagnosed with a colonoscopy (that is from the bottom up), you need an endoscopy (that is from the top down)
  6. cyanocobalamin has the cyano molecule, which is cyanide and needs to be remove and the cobalamin methylated to work in the body....a small subset of persons can not do that. so it is best to use the methyl- from the get go. dont know about one brand or another, the sublingual commonly have sorbitol, which you may want to avoid. you want to take the B12...
  7. 5000 mcg of methylcobalamin daily, on an empty stomache. zinc, no more than 50 mg daily without additional copper. Iron, i would try to increase dietary intake. Do you take any meds? acid reducers will interfer with b12 digestion and iron digestion, and protein digestion.

  13. were you taking METHYLcobalamin? I would think stopping for a little while, and then maybe once a week. There really is NO upper, unsafe limit. good luck

  15. there is very little Vit D in these, you will see VERY little change in you levels.
  16. If the 50,000 was little emerald green footballs, they were D2 not particularly good, definetely go for D3 and do some research, a level of 30 is considered insufficient....

    ARCHIVED Biopsy Normal

Gabapentin (Apotex, Greenstone) these two generics and brand name neurontin are supposed to be gluten free, if your neurontin is not brand or made by either of those two other companies, all bets are off. good luck
  18. try another brand, the less ingredients/fillers the better. make sure you are getting enough potassium, it is nec to healing. you could try another form as well, but, since it is having an effect, I am guessing it is being absorbed. try alternating hydroxy and methyl and you would be covering that base. good luck!
  19. livedo reticularis -----this can be related to lupus or antiphopholipid syndrome....
  20. actually, you may have been gluten free too long for enterolab....good luck
